    pros: small and neat.
cons: inflexible. The smaller version can only accomodate 3 3 position wagos, the larger version 3 3 position and one 5 position.
A wagobox 221-4 by contrast has three slots each of which can accomodate either a 5 position wago or a two position and a three position. In addition it has a "bridge" position which accomodates a 5 position wago. That gives a whole lot more flexibility.

The visual confirmation that shows the wire inserted fully really takes the doubt out of a splice point. How many times has a wire failed to stay within the twisted group and required a second attempt?
