Basically the same... But with more of an accent.
But I guess if I really had to think about it, it would be Natalia (nah-tah-li-ah)

Okay I’ve always struggled with why the word “tenga” is used?

It’s a polite way of saying it. If they’re a stranger or an elder you use “tenga” if you know them personally and are on a first name basis, or they’re you get than you. You use ten

So its not tenga Un buen día?

Tenga buen día. And Que tenga un buen día. The first is just a shorter version of the second. They both mean the same thing and you can interchange them and it still means the same thing.

Learn Spanish Daily is either one more formal

They are both pretty much the same. The way I usually say it, If I’ve been talking to the person and they leave, I’ll add “que”. If I haven’t seen or talked to them and see them leave, I’ll just say “tenga”. It’s one of those that can be interchanged and honestly, most people won’t even bat an eye at the difference.
