Like Steve Cooper at Forest in their first season, McKenna is showing some pragmatism and that he can adapt. That might be the thing that keeps Ipswich up.
Exactly, McKenna is not stuck in his ways or stubborn. He studies stats very closely, plans each game carefully and adapts. The team often adapts during games which is possible because the players are so well coached. We've seen over the last two seasons that he uses his squad well and everyone knows their job.
The run of form from Forest is amazing. Nuno has the squad playing the games exactly like he wants. It will be a dogfight for Europe for sure, but I will enjoy the ride.

We need you to do this for the sake of the Premier League!!! It was enough of a disaster last season having the three promoted all go down!!! It would be even more of a disaster if it happens for the 2nd season on the trot!!!!
It surprises me that Bournemouth are doing so well. Thought they would have been down there. So that means anyone could play the right team at the right time for a run of results. Look at Nottingham Forest they had a good start with easier fixtures and have kept the momentum.

If Manchester United don't manage to win their next home game (v Southampton), then they are most definitely in the relegation battle. After that game, looking at their fixtures, I am struggling to see where their next 3 points are coming from.
looking at the current top 3 in the championship, I'd bet good money on all 3 getting instantly relegated if they all go up. To stay up you need a core of really talented young players and a few really solid experienced players who look like they could make the step up or have done previously and held their own. All of the top 3 look like they'll get torn to pieces. There's no real star players who are clearly too good for the league. I look back to players like Mitrovic, Toney, Mbuemo, Solanke, Raya, Gibbs White, Anthony Robinson and so on. Not sure what the problem is but the skill level in the championship just isn't there at the moment.

Not our biggest scoreline but the gamestate was all brentford. Even their goal was a bit of a flukey run from Vardy that our defense didnt track. However, after seeing us beat Southampton 5-0, i can say its them. They were bad but not terrible in the first half. Went into the break 1-0 down but they pressed us back into our own box for the final 15 minutes. Their manager made 2 changes at half time, they had another 5 minutes of good play and then capitulated. By the 80th minute they weren't even responding to the runs of our players. It didn't surprise me that we scored 3 late goals. They had the reaction times of sunday league players. We brought on 2 young midfielders who set up a goal at the end. They made it look easy. If i was a southampton fan i probably wouldnt bother going to whatever their next game is. Those players werent trying. It eas disgraceful. We werent even amazing.
