No disrespect to Southampton fans but the only reason the Southampton Forest game was so close is because of Anthony Taylor. I have never seen such an incompetent/corrupt referee in all my life. How he is still officiating games is beyond me.
I’m a Forest fan, was at the game. I don’t like Taylor, he lets far too much go. But where is your evidence to support your assertion that he is corrupt?
Everton won't get relegated. Id say we'd only need a minimum of 3 more wins from now till the end of the season because I think it'll be like last season where 18th placed Luton could only get to 26pts. I just can't see Ipswich win 4 more games from now till the end of the season, but I could be wrong, since Wolves look like they could actually slip below Ipswich.
Every game for a newly promoted team is a tough one. Ipswich's game against Everton at Goodison could be a must win for us. No disrespect but we should be picking up points against teams just above us (just like we didn't in the game at Portman Road). We're playing your neighbours this week-end and we're unlikely to get anything there.
@geoffpoole483 If you take it to them, there's a point to be had against the red shite. When we played Ipswich, it was too easy. We didn't really come out of first gear and the goals we scored were terrible defensive mistakes from Ipswich. We've been poor because of Dyche playing 11 men behind the ball. I've always felt we're much better than that with a more balanced manager. We'll get 35 pts minimum this season, which is usually the cut off point to saying up. If Ipswich wins 4 more games, they'll probably stay up and Wolves will go down.
3 promoted sides from last season the gulf between prem and championship is massive , a word of caution for the top 4 in the championship now perhaps .
@@darthbrexitFulham did the up down up down cycle, Bournemouth had an established run in the Prem before, Forest broke PSR rules and survived because of 3 very poor teams. Not really good examples.

@idi0tdetectioninprogress sorry, I will never get used to corruption ,rather have nothing to do with it. Not a good prospect for the future of English football
The teams with the best defensive record are the most likely to survive a relegation battle. If you have a team that defends well but struggled for goals vs a team that is free scoring but concede a lot then the defence team will always acrue more points over the course of the season.

Ipswich have just wasted millions on average British players from the Championship. They've got it completely wrong. Should have been signing cheap foreign players from top leagues abroad
The current system creates an environment where some clubs are too weak to stay in the PL and too good for the Championship. At some point, English football should have spending limits for fairness, but I can't see the big clubs allowing that to happen.
