    Oats should be either soaked in milk/water or roasted before eating , raw oats may lead to stomach issues like constipation or indigestion etc

    Definitely not for someone who is on cutting or trying to lose weight. Remember largwr quantity of food that contains less calories is always better than eating something with very high calories and small amount when you know that you will feel hungry sooner or later. Always prioritize low calorie snacks that can make you full like pop corns or fruits like water Malone, starfruit.

      YES! I agree. 541 cals for one bar is kinda ridiculous. With some shifting we can make a lower calorie bar that still has protein!

    Not just protein, this will turn out to be a gainer as well, consuming 4 in a day would ultimately lead to weight gain lol

      Well that'd be 2164 calories & if ones tee is more than 2164 calories the person is still in calorie deficit & hence, he or she will loose weight.

      You'll have to use high protein sources like soya chunks etc. Otherwise there is no other option to keep it high in protein and balanced carb and fat as well

      Their is no other Protein sources which has good bioavailability, shelf-life, can be added to protien bars without hindering its taste or consistency. If u can't afford protien powder go without real foods like egg,soy, diary products,legumes etc.......

      uhm, not always. lot of companies make very healthy protein bars with safe artificial sweetners or stevia. it's easy to know which ones are good if you look closely at the ingredients and nutrition and have a knowledge about that, which admittedly is hard. main problem is they are very expensive.

      take 10 eggs 6 in morning 4 in the evening you'll get 65gm protein from that
      if u take 60gm of soya chunks per day u get 30gm protein
      so total 95gm

      1 scoop whey protein gives 25g Protein, to get this from egg whites you need to eat 6-7 egg whites or 100g Chicken breast. But they will digest and absorb much slower than whey protein powder.

      Yes you can skip the protein but there'll be less protein in your bar then. Yeah you can take it without gym but you need to do some home workout then bcoz you cannot digest or synthesize that protein if you don't workout

    can def cut the calories by a ton by using Powdered peanut butter, sugar free syrup already and to go even further you could use those rice crisps used in rice cakes instead of oats. But really just the peanut butter and honey add a ton of calories for no reason
