Eh...rockford still best for me, that covered garage saved my ass so many times from griefers. Plus great for asset recovery. And what you mean bad view? That's richard majestic studio, thats an iconic landmark. Entrance access is lovely with a great view, bridge is great to avoid griefers as well. Helipad you can just land on the side of the blue circle, you dont need to use the helipad. Plus its perfectly situated if your main businesses are around that area too.

One thing about Hawick is that entry for the door and garage are a double edged sword. Obviously if someone tries to kill you, they know the entrance is easily wide. But take Vespucci and the garage behind it with decent cover, it’ll get me out quick with certain vehicles, mostly Imani cars.
Great video I would love to see the same concept of video with all the other stuff. Like a series f.e. Office best car/bike/car et cetera. Keep it up
I bought the Rockford hills agency as the garage offers protection from orbital cannons and the issue with the door being far from the helipad is negated by my oppressor mk2 plus its close to the highway leading to my bunker and hanger

Pro tip: When doing the Dr Dre Vip Contract, the vehicle spawn and the front door entrance is very important as most of the missions are nearer to the Vespucci Canals Agency conpared to the Hawick Agency
Damn… I chose Rockford because it’s closed to my other business.. so between cool down time I could go to my arcade, nightclub, etc.. but I can confirm the main access and garage are worst compared to the other agencies.. also normally I think twice before buying the cheapest or the priciest one.. great video, thanks for the useful information.

I’ll still choose Rockford hills I’m just one of those people who like nuances like underground garage, water features, and I own the richards majestic apt 51. The view overlooks the bridge and entrance of the agency
I chose Hawick for the location when the add-in came out. I was surprised that price was not factored in.
I chose Vespucci. Since I had my CEO Office right there. I got a nice amount of stuff in the Middle of the City.

Weird I have little Seoul and my vehicles spawn bottom of those stairs. It's still a bit annoying tho lol but I like it

Once you've owned your Agency for awhile and done at least a few Dre Contracts and at least 50 security contracts, location doesn't matter, you'll figure out ins and outs to and from blind folded. They're all close in proximity enough especially if using oppressor, it's a matter of just getting oriented to your Agency, so maybe view matters at the end of the day lol...

I really liked Rockford hills, its close to del perro, back to the submarine!
Despite being west, I picked Vespucci since it's near the big highway and was quite cheaper than Hawick. Spawning at the Casino does make it annoying far though.
Set spawn location to Agency then.
@@BeatsDownGaming I stick with Casino despite the distance due to being able to spin the prize wheel easily enough. Good video, I wish it was out before I bought my Agency. I'm sure it'll help others make a more informed purchase.
Honestly I chose Rockford FOR it's underground garage lol, it's more private and it's close to my Lombank office too

Hello, please make a speedrun video for agency VIP missions.
As a owner of the Vespucci Canals Agency, I keep getting the Dr Dre Vip Contract done in an hour when using heist vehicles!!!! But I think Hawick should be a closer location to security contracts. In the longrun for money making, my routine is to switch between security contracts and vip contract in order to skip the security contract cooldown of 5 minutes. Just be very careful of the Hawick Agency as the cops might also drive in front of the garage door to shoot you down

I bought Little Seoul solely because it has the best views especially at night, but it just also happens to be dead center of everything.

My agency is in Little Seoul and the carspwan doens't matter for me because I use the dude at the entrance to get in the car or use my MK 2.

Guess i really made a wise choice on getting hawick
I chose Little Seoul and ill stick with it, as i use MK2 for virtually everything (free roam missions, heist setups, exploring Los Santos, etc), i land right by roof door to get in and out, on contracts (which i never do bc its not worth) such as stolen valuables its easy to just jump off the roof and parachute to the front entrance, the double staircase can serve as good cover if your getting chased by a heli/jet, the garage is well covered and easily accessible which are two great aspects, therefore the stolen vehicle contract is easy to do, the building is in the middle of the city basically which for people who normally centralize their businesses, this is a good location, the view (imo) is good and on sunsets, is beautiful, its also the cheapest (i think), so its all around the better Agency for me

Are people actually playing security contracts? I mean they are not that cool and the payment could be better. I only use my agency for pay phone hits anyway.
Grinded 200 of em at 1,5x week so I get the max passive income.

Although this is a great video and I respect your opinion, I'm going to buy the agencies based on what character I'm using on which of my accounts. For instance, on one account I'm going to buy the Little Seoul agency for my character cause I'm going for the John Wick style theme since my character is based after John Wick's sister (if he had a sister) and so on. On my main account I'm going to buy the Hawick agency cause it's close to the casino and it's a great location for my main character who is based after my SR3 character. So yh my agency location choices will be based on which GTAO characters I'm using at the time 🤔
PS what speedrun mission or heist might you do after the Cayo heist? If you haven't decided can you possibly do the silent approach for the Diamond Casino heist?

Rockford hills is the best. i just land with my OPmk2 right next to the door on the roof.
You can land on the roof right next to the door on the better location too.

I was told not to buy the cheapest one (little Seoul) or the best one (Hawick) cuz they are often the hottest pick and griefers tend to start massacre there.
Never been an issue for me.

Why do yall (youtubers) say "best places"? It's really up to the viewers discretion not the utuber.. so really all you can do is just show all agencies or officies or whatever..but I just wanted to see all the locations so thx.

next time could you put time stamps? Itd help a whole fuckin lot for those of us who watch the whole video then want to skip back and forth to find the desired aspect (View, Roof Pvp, Helipad, Garage, etc)

Please do not boy the Hawick one, it is the most expensive and it has the ugliest view of them all, just buy the little seoul wich is the cheapest, the most goodlooking and has the best position

@@BeatsDownGamingthey are all in good position overall, those points you made are small details compared to the price and i do not think every single reason you pointed is valid (for example the sniper roof and the helicopter landing). This is video may influence some new player to buy not the most convinient agency, that's why I'm mad
@@iacopozuffolato8806 if you're mad at a video like this you have bigger problems to deal with. Small details matter when they stack up. 1 x 7 = 7. It's no longer 1. New players are the ones who may care about price, not older players, and new players can't afford to waste money on a crappy location only to trade it in losing 50% of what they already paid for a better one.
I have chosen Hawick (howick? whatever) right away. I found it looking the best from outside and I also liked it being the most expensive one. Its a small flex and tbh... At these cayo perico days a million dosnt bother me. If I want something I dont think like "this one is cheaper and might be better" but "it will just take me 2 cayos. That will do it"
