Easiest way to avoid the underwater container crate mission is to find a new session and start a new crate mission. You will make way more than enough profit.

In my opinion if you have enough money you should buy atleast 1 large warehouse and MC Businesses(city is preferable as it reduces the sell mission time) because the ultimate goal of GTA Online is to become the most successful criminal and all these businesses add to that immersion of being a powerful criminal.

MC businesses in the city don’t reduce sell mission time at all lol. If you get planes, boats, or helicopters it doesn’t matter where you are on the map you still have to travel there and do the delivery
@@Devil0027 they do especially when you get trashmaster or post op I save approximately a 1 min per vehicle as instead of going uphill when selling from sandy shores to Los Santos which slows down the vehicles you have to go downhill and that to in open area as there is not many obstacles in the sandy shores.
@@anshul00747 1 min per vehicle isn’t enough to move a business from central of the map when honestly i just swap lobbies before i do post op vans. I rather take an L on minuscule amount of stock vs spend 25 min on a sale. That’s just me
I run 4 large , 1 medium all down in the corner by the docks. 30 source missions a day and by the end of the week that's netting me over 10 mil good money n I don't burn myself out

I used to have a mix of all 3 sizes. Now I just own the 5 large warehouses at the bottom of the map. They are all close to water and airport. If I grind for 3 crates at a time I can fill them all in a week. If I don't get a single vehicle for all 3 crates, I jump to a new session.
Sourcing crates is what I used to do while waiting for Cayo to cool down.

The tips are appreciated, I never fully stacked a warehouse because the sourcing missions were too tedious, I’d go 3 crates at the minimum and 9 crates at the most, but with staff sourcing after the 2022 CE update, I’ve been slowing stacking up all the warehouses. It’s good to know that there’s a chance of them getting raided after having more than 77 crates stored. I can hold 5 of them at 77 until there’s a double money event or bump one at a time to 111 if I get bored for the sales income.

Also if you have Maze Bank west and the apartment across the street. You can use the Lester heist to get to your apartment fast and then just run across the street to your office.

Loading into to your arcade is better than the office since it's puts you on ground level and it teleports you out of the arcade when you source crates

I remember after few months of grind I was able to buy ceo office in maze bank and five large warehouses since this was all on a massive discount one week. There also was double money on crates so I decited to do all 5 only by myself. And well, I did it but this was the worst week for my mental health 😅 after that I just hated this business for a while but I manage to make about 50 mil$ in couple of years. And now having people to source crates for me is just great, I got back to gta online when drug wars dlc came out and since then I have all 5 warehouses at 75 crates waiting for double money to stock them up to full. It's really great but shame that you need to go to all of them instead of just calling Lupe to start those missions.

Actually I've found it more enjoyable to let staff collect crates then sell no more then 9 crates at a time. The passive income from the nightclub is more then enough to cover the cost of the crates.
Hi BEATSDOWN. Excellent guide. 1 thing overlooked is you CAN source from Arcade MCU in private lobbies. I feel it is a little faster than office .
As for Office choice I would use Arcadis over Western CEO's or Maze Bank Tower. More central location and definitely cheaper than TOWER. If all WH's on eastside flying back to office is faster. Or flying to WH for Assistant sell mission. When they go discount I will switch Maze Bank West to Arcadis. Same with WH's. Only using 2 but I want them both more centralized..
Also Ever since I started wearing Scuba suit I have not gotten Underwater demo mission. Knock wood. 😎✌️

Beats down i noticed that if you do the source missions on the terrorbyte you may never get the lupe source one as i did about 100 crates and never encountered it until i stepped on the office and sourced from the office computer don’t know if you knew this but its very useful always use terrorbyte people faster and better
Great vid… but…. You didn’t notice that the sell mission and the staff source have the same 48 min timer…. You should spawn into office do a sell mission (+50000), then hit your 5 warehouses for staff source (-37500) leaving you + 12500, this makes your warehouse sell 100% profit. 48mins later do it again. No source missions, just straight passive profit. You can do whatever you want between this…. Source crates if you want… but I wouldn’t lol

Cayo is still the best money making method when combined with the replay glitch.

99% of the time now, I just have my staff source them. It can be up to 166k extra. But I can be doing other things whiles they're doing that.
Not only is it double money for sale missions right now with the Social Club bonus, but the cost to have your staff source crates is half ($3750), and so is the time it takes for them to deliver the crates at half time. (24 min)

Having multiple ppl or profiles is best for grinding crates as each player/profile gets 1 each, but each 1 contributes to the one players warehouse collection totalling 4 maximum each run 4crates/20mins

I do have all my large warehouse in straight line as you have, I pay for Lupe's services hahaha and then I do a payphone hit (85k) so basically that can even pay for 2 times the cost of the warehouse crates. Meanwhile you can do Cayo perico missions or have fun or whatever you want.
If you get raided close your app and fine lool. If you keep them at 75 crates and wait for double money week you'd need 23h with the 1.45 crates average (Aprox) but you can do that with a bit of grinding and then selling.
If you start at your office and do the sell mission, you end at terminal with 50k. With the same warehouses in a straight line from terminal… this covers the Lupe services… THEN you can do a pay phone hit and be up even more money with only 2/3 mins extra time then what you’re doing.
Or do in a public lobby for a bomis

No it's not. You can tell it's 2% x 25 because of the two public sales I did where I got $3.33m for each. 2% of $2,220,000 is $44,000. $44,000 X 25 = $1,110,000. $2,220,000 + $1,110,000 = $3,330,000 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The plus side the new cea source mission that is submerged. Is that u can collect the 3 crates all at 1 swoop. I wished rockstar made this to all 3 crate collect missions. Ore give a truck the option to hold 3 crates. So you can drive over the crates ore colect and store it in the back. And drive to the wearhous in 1 go.
I agree that all the 3 x crate missions (old and new) should get the same behavior, and this should be to allow pickup of all 3 in once.

The idea was to gain time by cutting all animation scenes. When you have the office accommodation, you spawn one door away from the computer desk. But I agree the nearby apartment can be cheaper to buy.

Yup. Thanks to having a Terrorbyte it saves you time from having to fly all the way back to your office to startup a next crate mission.
Sure passively sourcing cargo costs money, but you can easily negate the costs by doing vip work ( sightseer and headhunter). If you have an agency, do a payphone hit which pays a lot better than vip work. Even though this week is not double money for crate selling, it still a good time to take advantage of those discounts for sourcing them as well as hiring staff to passively source as well so you can prep up when that double money payout for special cargo comes out again

The only problem is that you can't do it in a private session. You'll get a message saying you can only do this in a public session. Funny how R*, never included this since the new update.

Can you confirm that you have them? Whenever I get any special items they show up in my warehouse but are counted as regular crates.
@@spankyt7612 yes I can. They’re always in the left side of the warehouse, the first row at the bottom. Atleast for me
@@spankyt7612 For me, the fake special items started happen after the last dlc. I had 2 cases: a false notification that Lupe sourced normal crates and a special crate - and the special crate never showed up in warehouse, or, I got the egg as special item in notification, it spawned in warehouse as an egg, but is not counted in the warehouse computer as a special item. Is counted as a normal one. To answer the question of how to certify the special items are real special items, this may be only checked in the warehouse computer. The special items are counted and priced separately.
Tip for people who DON'T KNOW : If you own maze bank West office get del perro height apartment since it's only 200k + 10 car garage and the office is right across it and the accommodation is nearly 800k which isn't worth the 10 second difference .
No way you're loading into Del Perro, getting up off your bed, out the shower, or off the sofa, going to the exit door, loading into the lobby, going across the street, then loading into your office in 10 seconds,.

The crates are on half price until I believe the 17th of August so at the moment it will only cost around just over 300k for a full warehouse

I filled 2 small and 2 medium warehouses in a grind cause of the update and I wont ever be doing that again, I'll go see Lupe if I'm already in the area and bored.
3:50 If you start missions from the terrobyte you want get this Mission and any new missions those in the Car clubs but you also cant start missions via terrobyte while in invite ony lobbies

Beats down you can also call your assistant and request a helicopter to teleport you to the ceo office. No job setup required

@@Abhi__69 the ceo helicopter method takes the same amount time. I was just letting people know about this method too.
To make it feel less of a grind, I'd use the "10 cargo missions" rule, where you do 10 cargo missions every day. If you have multiple warehouses, you can do these 10 missions back to back, this is gonna give you 30 crates with it being divided into 2 warehouses so, 15 crates for one warehouse and another 15 for the other, but if you have only 1 warehouse left to fill or you only have 1 warehouse, then you have to find something else to do to pass the delay time. I'd suggest doing the hit missions from the Agency, or pretty much anything tbh. I prefer doing the crate missions daily for like an hour to fill up my warehouses than doing all 37 cargo missions for 6 hours straight.

@@takumifujiwara4532 Why not? As explained in the video, this is the best way to run your warehouses as it frees up your time to do other things. You really only need to stock up your warehouses ready to sell when double or at least x1.5$, which will be many months apart.
Surely A strategy you could do would to put your terrobyte just outside the entrance of the crate warehouse so it’s easier to restart a crate mission without having to go the the office
But you can only do that in public lobbies.
One of my warehouses used to be raided with 66 regular cargo in it + 8 or 12 very special, special cargo

The New crates mission from Lupe makes me to sell my werehouse even tho i can't, i get ia so often and is so annoying, for the effort i should get at least 7 crates, literally it took at least 15 minutes without dying, at least they didn't make if you die you have to recover the valuebles from the ocean, imagine that struggle when and stress if you ran out of snacks without a scuba suit and 4 buzzard's spawned like it was for me, fortunetly you don't have to recover them after dying

I think it is, because starting the source mission automatically spawns you in out. From the office, you need to go to elevator and pass the animation to get out. Once in out, the difference between office and arcade start, is that from the arcade there is no immediate assistant phone guidance. But most times this is no longer needed, you can cope with the requirements as soon as you get closer to location.
Alright we can all agre that r* should get rid or increase the Mc ceo numbers so you don’t have to change session to play or do heists
Quick question: When I was money-grinding to the extreme, I would fill 5 warehouses with sourcing missions, which are boring like you said! lol I have 5 warehouses, but honestly don't do sourcing missions anymore. If I get my assistants to source for me over time, say weeks and months, can you still change sessions if you fail to defend a raid or has that been patched?
When I used to grind this out, if I decided not to defend a raid or if I failed to defend and died, I could just restart my Playstation (4 at the time) and all my crates would still be there. Is this still doable, or has it been patched?

Is this like going AFK for 5 hours? Does it make a difference if you retire from your CEO, will I still get raided?
If you have more than 70% of cargo you'll get raided regardless if you're ceo or not.
It means you need to initiate a job outside your free roam session, like a dm or a race or a mission. Those may reset your raid timer.
