You forgot to add that it will take about a year of living in the game to make that kind of money, having no life and very little sleep. Considering you have to run every delivery as soon as it reaches certain level and don’t wait for stock to grow to deliver 2-3 vehicles, you have to play the game none-stop, your chair needs to be a toilet and your food will need to be fed to your vein through the IV. 😂

Not really dude. Main priorities imo would be Kosatka>acid lab>nightclub>contract or auto shop>bunker>Mc business. The Mc business are te most annoying since you need them to actually make money for the nightclub so that is up to you what you’d rather do first. With the nightclub, chop shop, and auto shop, I can make 300k an hour by just standing there. I do a cayo perico heist to gain time to fill up my businesses and if I still need time I can do a contract/vehicle cargo/auto shop contract until I have acid to sell. With that I’ve made around 3mil alone by doing some of the most simplest shit and I’m not even factoring in all the passive money you’ve made also. This can all be done within 2-3 hrs. Also, your nightclub is in the background filling up and by the end of the day or usually halfway I can make another easy mil by selling goods. Just cause you don’t know how to grind doesn’t mean you can’t gain money. It’s all about allocation of funds.
You don't have to do the deliveries as soon as they are ready. You want to supply them one time and when it's done deliver that so it will only be one vehicle. If you do it when it's ready you can maximize your money per hour. You can leave it till your ready to do it just don't resupply till you are selling it.

This is what I do. I mostly focus on passive money businesses while I go grind whatever is on double money or my first run through the Dre missions. Probably need to get cayo perico going now that I’m done with Dre. No complaints, honestly.
Easiest way to make cash, play heist with friends or find community and take turns grinding heist. This you literally have to spend 1-2 million depending on location close to city to eventually make millions so these videos can help if you’ve already have millions
Cayo Perico is the only reason why I at rank 60 have fully upgraded bunker, fully upgraded acid lab all mc businesses, fully upgraded nightclub so I can make money by linking my businesses to it and fully upgraded salvage yard since you get around 1 mil per week doing the robberies and passive income from the tow truck is nice and all of that at rank 60 all because of the Cayo Perico heist, the Kosatka was the first thing I bought I and do the heists on cooldown I put a stopwatch on 2 hours and 24 mins (that’s the cooldown when you do it solo) or 48 mins (if you do it with someone else) and I drop everything when it’s off cooldown do it then I am back to doing other businesses when it’s on cooldown and all that while trying to keep my popularity in the Nightclub at max for 50k every 48 mins and selling my bunker and acid lab while the Cayo Perico heist is on cooldown when I reach level 100 I will probably have every property by then with steady income, so people calling Cayo Perico heist nerfed and shitty way to make money is baffling to me 😂

I love vehicle warehouse. So easy. To make money and mix it up so I'm not bored out of my mind with Cayo: I source for $7500 all my warehouses, make sure my acid lab is full of supplies, then I sell my acid lab (public) and speed up the production, sell my vehicle warehouse car (public), then sell my extra CEO warehouse goods and extra bunker to ammunation, hit a payphone hit and a contract from Franklin (invite only). Then I routinely hit my collections (Agency, Arcade and NC) waiting for NC, Bunker and Coke lockup to fill up and making sure they're always supplied. When I'm doing Hangar, I do Hangar source mission, payphone hit, hangar source mission, Agency contract, hangar source mission, CEO warehouse source mission from terrobyte, and just continue until I hit a goal.
Oh yeah another great thing about the agency is getting snacks and armor there. As well as editing the guns and buying mk2 ammo. Agency is an underrated business to own
With the biker businesses the bunker and acid lab i don't understand how people don't have billions by now.. We made 6.7 Billion and have slowed down a lot playing. especially since you can make $1 million per day without trying these days. the auto shop and scrap yard (only 3 per week in a crazy. there should be more.) are great new editions as well as Cayo perico. for the Hanger, simply choose land crates and use air vehicles. blow up everything and then simply collect the crates and go back to the bunker. you can choose between the 3 top crates so you can avoid a cool down.
If you have the time how about a newbies guide to fast money. Only buy these businesses/buildings. Like just cypress warehouse to get the delivery mission. Buy it and ignore it? Side note to that do you not recommend paying the staff to get goods and waiting for a bonus week? I tend to do that and keep them just below the raid limit. Got about $20M last bonus week. Idk I still feel like throwing the cayo in-between the diamond heist's and then running a contract after those and then a Lamar Franklin mission,export mixed goods/delivering gun parts, running all of your Business sells at full with help or at one bar at a time an dumping your night club,then running agency jobs/vehicle export/imports/crate warehouse's /popularity night club jobs/CEO business jobs/races/maxing as much out in auto shop an arcade as you want an possible/sourcing missions/helping others when allotted, and fooligan, weekly double money community jobs and just rinsing and repeating and recycling this strategy is the absolute best go to moneys per hour making route while keeping it completely interesting while grinding out the last days an week of GTA online 😅
The 200 contracts via agency are wild to get 20k an hour. But with that, NC and arcade it's 75k every 48 minutes and when you complete the 200 contracts with Agency you'll have made about $8,000,000 in those contracts alone.
I think it's also worth noting that the auto shop gives you a 5% discount on modifying your personal vehicles. Over time, that's going to save you a lot of money if you're a collector of vehicles.

For the agency vehicle recovery isnt the fastest if its the one in humane labs. I find liquidize assets faster and easier. Also while grinding the 200 security contracts you can do missions for the dre heist since there's a cool down anyway. The heist is worth 1 million and it isnt that hard. Pretty easy to complete.
Sometimes I do adversary modes and stunt races when they are 2* or more money and rp, it racks up quick but I understand it not 100% reliable. Oh by the way, nice beats beats. The no scrubs loop mix is fitting for the content 💪😁👍

Is the Bogdan Glitch (Doomsday Act 2 Finale) still a thing? I used to farm that with one of my friends all the time. We always switched host and used to recommendation feature to not collect bad sports points for leaving, so this was pretty straight forward.

What's also painful is everytime the game is updated there's a chance the guard placements and their AI break. Since the 250mb update to fix the cars in the Auto Shop the cameras and guard reactions have been glitching and it's annoying since you want to get out with the take towards completing Tier 4.

Just do what you like, there isn't as much things to do ad there were last time but the auto shop, bunker, acid lab and casino are your main focuses, I'd say log on and fill up the bunker and acid lab, sell a customers car and maybe do some of the contracts. If you have friends to play with, set up a casino instead of a contract. Make sure to do the time trials for easy money aswell. Hope this helps
i have a question on how nightclubs work when it say from LJT for example bussnes is at full capacity but then when i go to night club it isn't showing it at full capcity. how can i fill it up more in my nightclub i have like 4 bussnes., bunker document forgery. counterfeit cash. i now document forgery isn't very good I'm planing on when i get better bussnes selling my stock i have left over and resiann technician to bettter bussnes. i bought doment forgery to get discounts on chop shop cars

I'm broke as fuck got stuff just can't be arsed with the way the game is. If they lowered the prices or gave out bigger payouts on all contact missions that we all use to do at the very beginning like Titan of a job say 50k and no cool downs I'd be more interested to grind and stack up cash.the businesses for me get boring too quickly and too many steps full of BS. Honestly the best way is to but the safe upgrade then salvage the cars don’t sell them to yusef it will take up a lift but u can tow one car then do something else while its passively salvaging great money maker for passive earner as myself the nightclub and agency and arcade now also salvage yard I don’t even do cayo anymore
No it doesn't, its a pain to do now. The boring repetitive set ups just make you do the same thing everytime and most people do the same route everytime. It got nerfed 3 TIMES when only the first one was necessary. The payout change was the final nail in the coffin. Having to get 50 million for this heist that been nerfed to the ground is a pain.
The RC Banditos are now paying $50k per completion, and are changed daily.
It's also handy to clear out a Stash house as it will restock a random business for free.
Making for new players, assuming you have bunker, acid and the 3 biker businesses, you only have a 2/5 chance of getting a resupply
If you only resupply MCs from Stash Houses you can sell to street dealers for any price and it is almost pure profit.

The salvage yard isn't that bad. It also has a safe that'll give you 250k pretty fast if you just do 2 tow truck missions a day.

What's also painful is everytime the game is updated there's a chance the guard placements and their AI break.
Since the 250mb update to fix the cars in the Auto Shop the cameras and guard reactions have been glitching and it's annoying since you want to get out with the take towards completing Tier 4.

Just do what you like, there isn't as much things to do ad there were last time but the auto shop, bunker, acid lab and casino are your main focuses, I'd say log on and fill up the bunker and acid lab, sell a customers car and maybe do some of the contracts. If you have friends to play with, set up a casino instead of a contract. Make sure to do the time trials for easy money aswell. Hope this helps

LJT has nothing to do with the Nightclub. He'll only tell you a business is full if it's the actual MC business, not the Nightclub.

I'm broke as fuck got stuff just can't be arsed with the way the game is. If they lowered the prices or gave out bigger payouts on all contact missions that we all use to do at the very beginning like Titan of a job say 50k and no cool downs I'd be more interested to grind and stack up cash.the businesses for me get boring too quickly and too many steps full of BS. Not enough passive income. It's fairly easy now to make a million but still have to do a fair bit for it. I got wiped long time ago now and I'm still waiting out for a easy solo dupe glitch

You only need to tow four, so tow the first two, then after 48 mins tow the other two.

No it doesn't, its a pain to do now. The boring repetitive set ups just make you do the same thing everytime and most people do the same route everytime. It got nerfed 3 TIMES when only the first one was necessary. The payout change was the final nail in the coffin. Having to get 50 million for this heist that been nerfed to the ground is a pain.
