Are you moving these from Patreon-only to freely-available?
No and yes.
The plan was always to make this available to everyone, however, from this point on parts 3 - ??? will be Patron-only.
A month after I have finish the whole thing - which will probably be into next year now - I will make the lot available to everyone and move onto my next big Patron-only project (Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4th Edition and the new version of The Enemy Within, which will hopefully be followed by Horror on the Orient Express). My Patrons have been aware of this from the very start - I just released part two in order to drum up a bit of interest as I have put many hours into these videos - there are another seven available on my Patron, with another 4-6 to follow.

Bud, I absolutely love the amount of detail you go into, yet keeping the simplicity of very well thought out summaries, and am routinely impressed by your ability to seemingly flow through everything perfectly smoothly, starting to talk about what's next even as you're still turning the pages. I just bought the slipcase of Masks, and am contemplating buying the prop set too after watching your unboxing video of it.
I watched two different let's plays and in both the players managed to perform emergency tracheostomy and eject the larva.

One thing I’m confused about. In the How We Roll play through of this, Seth Skorkowsky kept calling the fat vampires Fish Tacos… which sounds nothing like the name you used.
I think this chapter’s fatal flaw is mythos involvement, after running it and reading through America I realized that America has practically no mythos threat till the finale at Ju-Ju house where the true horrors are tracked for the first time. Already knowing that the mythos is real takes away from that shocking moment. I liked this chapter but I feel like it could’ve been more like that one scenario that has no mythos involvement and the twist was that everything was faked
It's the blessing and the curse of the Peru chapter.
Compared to the original campaign, doesn't this chapter feel redundant and deadly when it's really just made to make the Investigators care about/develop a friendship with Jackson Elias? If some Investigator dies a new one must be introduced knowing Elias already, the same result as if starting in New York.
CycoSven69 a potential threat, yes, redundant - I don’t think so.
It’s been designed as a way to put a person behind the now classic “what you know about your friend Jackson Elias”. It’s supposed to make you care about bringing to light what he exposed and avenging his death. Deaths can occur at any time in any chapter so the challenges remain the same for the keeper and players.
