Hi Sony Thank you for your question. Option A is incorrect as the speaker says “pemphigus is a term used to describe a group of autoimmune diseases” and the option says that it is “an” autoimmune disease (singular). Option C is the correct answer as the speaker later describes that “several studies have proved that pemphigus is associated with genetic predisposition in developing it “ which means that it can spread from person to person genetically “ . Disease is associated with genetic predisposition means it could pass from gerneration to gerneration (parent to child) or prone within one special race. The right answer is A.
