    People dont realize the work and skill it takes to make those eggs- I could never do it. Building layer and layer with the sugarcane that’s amazing.

    Wow spectacular I can’t believe you made the Cadberry bunny Easter eggs. Just love the molds you used to create those soft delicate chocolate centers. That machine you used to add the sugarcoating was just amazing I love have a sugarcoating built-up more and more as the sugar coated the chocolate covered eggs beautiful presentation

    It's quite amazing to see how to make these by hand.
    The technique with the magnetic molds and merging the two with a drop of chocolate was very interesting! Requires a bit of speed and precision though ;)

      I read online that the coating is one part water, two parts sugar, and 1/2 part corn syrup… hope this helps :)

    Saw you on the VRA Live show and had to check it out and seeing as I love mini eggs, this was a great video to watch, although way too much work for me!     Hello, and thank you for making this video. We have a small chocolate company, bean to bar, which began nine years ago. In the process above, to what temperature do you cook the sugar solution? What is the water, sugar, and invert sugar ratio? Finally, since chocolate melts easily, do you cool the solution to room temperature, or would that harden the solution before you added it?

      Invert sugar recipe is easy to find also if your intrested in candy making invertase is ingredient to make fondent in to liquid for choclated covered cherries
