Bro, that really cleaned up your view. Love that dampener which is a big win alone. Dig that look so much better than so many I’ve seen, with all kinds of mounts, hook ups, wires all over the place. Just a tight quiet look out the front of your bike. Great call, great video brother! Merry Christmas to you and yours. Always appreciate you and your content, Ty.
Thank you so very much. During the winter I'm doing my best to keep the channel alive with RUclips. A bit more garage/product videos while it's cold but I'll return to normal content as soon as it starts to thaw a bit around here. Thank you so much for watching and Merry Christmas my friend!
Thank you Ernie! Just trying to keep the channel alive until Spring when I can return to normal riding content. I hope you have a Merry Christmas sir and thanks for always supporting the channel!
Great looking mount and an amazing installation. I do like my phone in line of sight but that looks more secure than anything I have. Keep up the great work.
Great video, damn you. I play move my phone around on my bike 1 million different times and at the end of the day I think I like it off the handlebars as well down in the middle so now I’m going down to my garage to change it thank you very much. All Ty from Tennessee videos are better when you have your bride and doggy in it.
Thanks man and I appreciate that. I do like that clean look so much better. Of course Lacey had to hang out with me in the garage. Have a great day my friend!
Nope. No way do I want my phone anywhere but in my pocket*, but you do you, boo! That solution, though, is quite nice. Not only is it off the handlebars, but it's mounted securely to the bike. I really dig it. You know you're gonna have to buy me a new placard for the console when you sell me the bike, so I can take the Quadlock off and put that back on ;) *This is just a personal preference. Also, should I become separated from the bike, I'll still have my phone to call for help, assuming I didn't destroy it in the fall.
Have you talked about that LRST seat separately? How comfortable is it? I say your next video, if you haven’t already made it (and I missed it), is a review of that seat.
Hey there! You bet cha. That is the H-D Sundowner seat and it is super comfortable. I will probably be trying out a Saddlemen seat on the bike soon. Here is a link to the video I made about the Sundowner Seat. Have a great day and thank you for watching! ruclips.net/video/y_zrrRuov-g/видео.htmlsi=OcwJiKDLElRQgryu
@ thanks so much, Ty! I didn’t realize it was the Sundowner - it looks sharp! I am definitely be curious if your thoughts on one of the Saddlemen “touring” seats on this bike (and maybe your wife’s too), as I want a comfortable one for my LRST - my wife lasted 5 minutes on the SDC Step-Up and I don’t blame her.
@@BradleyCrandall Yes sir. I have a Step-Up seat on the way and I'm really looking forward to it. I won't be too much help for those that ride 2-up because my wife no longer rides, but I'll give ya as much honest feedback as I can. Have a great day!
Nice, but is the holder also available with wireless charging? Otherwise the holder makes no sense when using the phone for navigation on longer trips.
@@TyFromTennessee Thanks. That’s a smart solution. Try the systems of SP CONNECT. It’s available here in Germany. It’s my favourite on my Fatbob Fxdf… I use the wireless charging module.
My issues with the mount in the video: What’s the point of mounting the phone at all if you have to lean forward and look down see it? If I mounted my phone there there is no way I could easily see the screen with glare. It actually seems more dangerous than a handlebar mount for everything besides the phone itself. My 2nd issue is having to pull the emblem off of a $180 OEM console. You should never have to destroy a part to mount a phone. In 10+ years that console will be worth a pretty penny and that phone mount will be obsolete and useless. For the price that rockform charges the least they could have done was put a tilt option on the thing so you could actually see your screen. I’ve had the best luck with quad lock mounts. There are much more options and they are much more modular and usable. Quad lock makes a metal mount too, but the plastic mounts seem to absorb the vibrations better. As a bonus, quad mounts are priced much more affordably than these Rockform mounts.

Love that mount. Gotta look it up for my son’s Street Bob 114. Great video! ✌🏼
Thank you sir. So far it’s working great. I hope all is well and Merry Christmas!
@ Merry Christmas Ty! 🎄
Looks like a great option for the Low Rider ST.
I think it’s gonna be awesome. Thanks Rick! Merry Christmas sir.
Great looking mount and an amazing installation. I do like my phone in line of sight but that looks more secure than anything I have. Keep up the great work.
Thanks! It's nice to have a phone mount that actually stays put. I appreciate you watching.
good video showcasing another option for a phone mount. see ya out and about some time.
You bet! Hope to see you soon and thank you for watching!

How cool is that mount and your exhaust is also 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you very much! I'm hoping it's going to work out long term and I do love my Bassani exhaust. Thank you very much for watching!
Nice one. Thanks.
Thank you. So far, I really like the product. I appreciate your time today!
Very cool option. Thank you for sharing 🙏
Thank you for taking time to check out the video!
Nice mount. I run the one from Law Abiding Biker on the Road Glide. Have a great Christmas.
I’ve seen that one and heard great things about it. Thank you for watching!
You're workin on your scoot in your socks?!?! Come on, man!!!! ;) Just messin with you, Ty!!! :) Merry Christmas to you and yours!!!!
Hahahaha! My wife noticed that too. I appreciate your time today and I hope you have a Merry Christmas too!
The price is reasonable. Rokform phone mounts are $120 w/out a vibration damper
So far it’s been a great product and I’ve been very happy with RokForm for a few years now. Thank you for watching!

Phone in the pocket is a solid idea and I can follow your logic. So far, it's been an excellent product. Thank you sir! #LegoBro
@@TyFromTennessee That's awesome that it's working for you!

Very similar to a Quad lock
Yes, it sure is. 31State.com makes this same mount for Quadlock. Both are great phone mounts. Thank you very much for watching!
Nice
Thanks Larry! Much appreciated sir.
Nice, but is the holder also available with wireless charging? Otherwise the holder makes no sense when using the phone for navigation on longer trips.
For longer trips I will be using power from the USB port on my LRST. Thank you for watching!

Personally I like my phone on the bars, up high, in my line of sight. Looks cool but too low for me.
I totally understand that! It's all personal preference my friend. I appreciate your time and thank you for watching!
Been thinking about getting that mount for a while but the quadlock version, I just want my handlebars to be clean and nothing on them
Yeah man. QuadLock is a great product. I hope it works out for you and thank you for watching!
Nope. You need to look down and take your eyes off the road to look at it. Quadlock handlebar phone mount. Way better.
"You must do what you think is right, of course." - Obi-Wan Kenobi
My thoughts exactly. Put you and other riders on the road in danger when your eyes and head are pointing down.
Or you two could have more self control and not need to look at the phone the entire time you’re on a bike
