......I'm going to replace the discs and pads on my X1/9 this year too. Claire at EurosportUK do a nice uprated disc from EBC which won't break the bank. At the moment, I'm still wrestling with getting my float travel distances correct in my carb after re-building it! Gaz.
Celebrate! You sound quite disappointed! Quick question...you have a wire mesh engine air filter I have seen...a good swop would you say? Which one is it? Does it make the engine sound noisier when punting along? Any info appreciated...
The filter on the carb is a K and N and the wire mesh in the engine cover keeps the engine cool and lets the induction sound out. I removed all the carburettor cooling system. There is a video on my channel about it. The breaks aren't worn because I don't use them it seems.
