Yeah! I agree with previous post! What were they thinking not letting Jack sing!!!!!! One of the most beautiful voices on the planet. Not that we are getting to hear it much in Electric Mary. LOL
@karmicdirt are you kidding, Ian Moss has one of the greatest voices in this country, not to mention his guitar playing ability! His work with Cold Chisel is some of the most important in the history of rock and roll in Australia! Jon Stevens is an awesome singer and performer and so is Jack but none are better than the other, they are all different!
@TheSook45 Seen all of them, met all of them, they're all different, none of them have an ego, but if any of them did, JS would be the last one of the three to have one. I agree its stupid they didn't get Jack to sing, but Jon Stevens IMO is the best of the three...i think Jack wipes the floor with Ian Moss though...that being said, they were all fantastic during that tour
@PhatArtz You obviously misunderstood my post. Specifically on that tour in which i saw 3 shows, IMO Jack Jones was "better" than Ian Moss. That's nothing against Ian Moss, Mossy's work has probably been a lot more influential than the work of Jack Jones in Australian rock and roll history, but that doesn't mean he was a better musician than Jack Jones, though at that level you're really splitting hair's arguing either way, though i still think Jack Jones is "technically" better than Moss. IMO.
