I really hope they do(oku) the Umbara arc next. My favorite episodes in the show were always the Clone trooper centric ones; I still feel bad for 99!
My favorite part of these episodes was at the very end when Rex says “That sure was a Star Wars the clone wars wasn’t it?”
Maybe the _real_ Star Wars the Clone Wars were the friends we made along the way.
I loved when Ahsoka said "What are we? Some kinda Star Wars the Clone Wars?"
Should have been a recurring statement from the start. His signature line, to be spoken by him at the end of every episode involving him.
"I think for a layman, you have too much Star Wars knowledge, but for a Star Wars fan, you're a loser and you don' know enough." I just found the perfect way to describe my relationship with Star Wars. Thank you, James!
this fanfic fits that so well ruclips.net/video/eneSciPs_LE/видео.html
The domino squad episodes should definitely be the next arc to do, seeing as Mason wants clones with personality
Since they’re going all over the place I’d say combine that with the Citadel, Umbara, Order 66, and Bad Batch to get their whole story.

@@Vitoloko210 nah, it's not the worst. Probably the only one that I can kinda watch, but the opening scene when Anakin and Obi Wan fly their ships to get on the star ship is brutal like the rest of the sequels. It was so disappointing. Yeah they kill count dookoo and yeah there's lots of action, but the whole thing is still just way too childish. Imagine if it was like the last four episodes of clone wars, rogue one, or Mando. It's just such a let down. So much promise and nothing but constant disappointment. That's why it's lumped in with the rest of the garbage.

YES!
I think there's a list of important episodes, so you don't have to watch all of it
I'll admit, I'd only watched Rebels so my connection to Ahsoka and Rex came from that. I've not seen a whole lot of Clone Wars but the last episode had me openly weeping, it was that good. I love how Ben zooms in on the Umbara arc a couple times, because everyone knows, it is the best arc. (Conspiracy arc and Mortis trilogy are amazing though)
Honestly, my favourite arc for the longest time was the Ahsoka-leaving-the-order-arc. It is one of very few arcs with a real Orchestra, and it very much feels like a movie.
One does not simply walk into Umbara though. You need to get a few seasons under your belt to care about the clones and their connection to Jedi generals before you get hit with the sucker punch that is that arc.
what conspiracy is the best arc wdym umbaras good and all but conspiracy/fives journey is the best IMO
Ugh God, this is too hard of a choice. These are all amazing and outstanding in my eyes. Though if I had to, I would put Mortis underneath those two and the other two equal to each other.
Conspiracy Arc really sucker punched me in the heart, it's just so tragic and sad. Everytime I think of it and especially Fives my heart sinks.

To address the “Is Ahsoka more force powerful than Obi Wan” situation, quite possibly. Although Ahsoka never technically finished her training she was very strong in the force. Meanwhile, Obi Wan was a great Jedi because he trained and applied himself to hone his powers and master combat. So Obi Wan is “better” while Ahsoka is “stronger”.
It probably has something to do with the fact that Anakin trained her.
I wouldn't give her either frankly. At least not until the end of Rebels (maybe).
It's not even a question, Ahsoka struggles against a Maul who isn't trying to kill her, Obi-Wan took on Maul and Savage at the same time while both were trying to kill him.
She finishes the training that Qui Gon never got to finish. She is the most powerful Gray Jedi, and has access to both the light and dark side of the force. She's also one of the fastest lightsaber duelists ever.
Luke used to be the most powerful Gray Jedi, but none of that is canon anymore.

i don’t get why people say how people can judge episodes at the end of the series when they hadn’t watched any of the other episodes. the episodes about the clones is what make the last few episodes so amazing
Having not seen any of the Bteaking bad Episodes i decided to watch the one that everyone talks about Highly. The finale, overall a pretty good flick but i felt like the characters were a little one note, following the archotypes, The Grizzled crimeboss out of hiding, the hapless innocent, the Ultimate Evil bad guys (A few even have Swastika tattoos). Not bad but has little depth to it...

The deepest of Canadian cuts I loved 6teen when I was a kid
Mr. Ben from Canada, as a fellow Canadian, I appreciate what you did by showing 6teen, teletoon was the shit
I always felt like Ahsoka was in terms of power levels and combat abilities stronger than Obi-Wan but he was more knowledgeable. Like in a fight she'd power through but he'd always outsmart her in some way so it'd be an endless battle untill they'd get frozen in carbonite and killed by two Aussie podcasters in the future
Obi's defensive combat form is meant to outlast the forms that use more actively the force like the acrobatic one that Ashoka use. (I forget the numbers)

If you’re gonna watch the clone wars, google the chronological order on the Star Wars website. That watch order makes the show even better
It really depends. I enjoyed watching it chronologically myself, but watching them out of order can work as well, mostly. Two exceptions imo were Senate Murders and Hostage Crisis, these two were really kind of confusing on their own.
Honestly, whoever genuinely thought "yes, this 133 episode long series that deals with multiple complex plot plotlines and juggles at least 30 different characters all with their own individual arcs is best viewed out of order" is really dumb.
You really can see how they came to regret the decision considering that the later seasons stop doing the weird watch order almost entirely, it's pointlessly confusing to make people watch the series out of order
I thought I clicked on this fast but these first 134 are legends damn

People need to realize that their notifications for new uploads don't ACTUALLY come in the SECOND they upload. There's all manner of laggedy-lag-lag.
Advice: avoid the jar jar episodes. I honestly think lucas was trolling with these. you WILL punch your television!

@@TangSuijin that one was great although it did feel like a non sequitur to an extent

@The KGB I overall like jar jar for the reason I tolerate some of the stuff in Spider-Man 3 THE MEMES
Am I the only person who doesn't hate Jar Jar? Like he's not funny but he's not offensively annoying
The reason Ahsoka was so powerful is cause Anakin never held her back. Anakin always resented the fact that Obi-Wan held him back and you can see it in how he trained Her. Some times she got in over her head but she persevered because she had the skills necessary to do so. Ahsoka was a Padawan for three years yet in her first year was surviving encounters with Darksiders that would have easily killed lesser jedi.
She was still overpowered or Maul was just severely underpowered
@@Melly_Wayy Maul had the upper hand the entire fight and you can see the fear and tension in Ashokas face . She won by taking advantage of every siths weakness, their overconfidence.
@@joshuameadows4922 I get that but how many times will they let that happen to one character who’s been victim to that over & over. @@Melly_Wayy Trust me it annoys me too, im honestly just trying to make excuses for it to make sense. They definently tried to show that Ashoka was struggling, but Maul isn't stupid either. Watch the arc with Fives and his squad (whose name escapes me), watch the Maul arc, watch the final episodes before this new season to know why she left, then watch basically everything of the final season except for the spice run and you're all caught up with the important bits.
There is a season where a clone goes 66 too early and shoots a jedi, that one's pretty good but not *as* important, and then the Dutchess of Mandalore is pretty good if you want to learn more about the planet and everything Mandalorian during the prequel era...OH, and the Moebius arc! Watch the Umbara arc, that and domino squad stuff is my favorite parts of the clone wars
Even before the chip they were never evil. They just were conditioned to always follow orders.
My favorite film reference is the way the rhythm of the sequence with Maul in the box on the ship, which happens at the same time Anakin is deciding to go stop Mace Windu, matches the tonal shift that happens at that moment in Revenge of the Sith. The pace and framing of the shots slows down and tightens on the main characters as they sense the shift, and the score gets super ominous. It’s a subtle callback, but beautiful.
I should be used to it by now but the editing of these videos is seriously premium every time
