Here is an example: A - B = C where A and B are independent positive variables. However, the outcome in Cell C could be positive or negative basing on the values of A and B. Next Step is - C + or - D = E, where C could be a +ve or -ve number. & D is a +ve number. If C is +ve, value in D is to be deducted else value in C is to be added to value to D, which will be populated in Cell E. Request you to guide how to write a single line command in excel

I think that's intentional. Feel free to make a copy of the sheet. I didn't want people going in and changing the sheet -- that way it stays in its original state.
