They are all good people, Rob , Kaitlin, Gleen , Charlie , Danny. It's rare in life and work where it just brings Good People Together in Friends and Life. Happy for all of them, they went from being waiters while making the first season to hit making show millionaires.
Actually a genuine love story, like a yin to the the yang. She chased him, but also proved to him that it was worth it thru her talent and heart for acting, and he truly fell for her over time. They're so nice together

Reason why Rob took a while to get is because he was dating another woman. Actually was engaged and cheater on her with Kaitlyn. When celebrities do it it’s ok. He’s still a good guy.
