Yeah, I love IASIP so much, it pretty much fits exactly into what I find funny, and absolutely excels at it. The writing, insane episode ideas, characters, and acting is all top notch, and there’s 14 seasons of it, with not a single episode lacking. Obviously I have preferences for different seasons, but there isn’t any part of the show the fails to meet the insanely high level of quality Sunny establishes since episode 1. I love other shows, too, like Commmnity and The Office, but there’s a personality to IASIP that makes it uniquely entertaining, and timeless, and makes me always reluctantly give in to watching all 14 seasons again, even when there re so many other sows out there. I’ll love this show and continue to watch it forever. Thanks IASIP

I think he even went so far as to say that he only did the pilot because they would have otherwise had to pay another actor. And they were basically flat broke. He admitted the rest of the cast is above him in performance ability.

Charlie rapidly escalating the situation is just brilliant. The way it goes from "he was shushing our cries for help" to flat out "this guy was raping us" is brilliant, especially how Dennis is desperately trying to salvage his image in the situation.
The Christmas episode made me cry with laughter. I can't remember the last show that did that. Charlie attacking Santa, the whole mall being evacuated and then Charlie and Dennis walking back in to the bar not even talking about this city wide emergency. Just love you guys
Some of these are so freaking funny and I’ve never even see this show. I can only imagine how funny it must be to people who watched this show and loved the characters and their development.
At least for me, that is exactly the order of events. I knew the show for a few years just from regularly digging for IASIP clips on youtube. I could now watch the first two seasons. The show is a league of its own. I keep hearing the opinion the show had a slow start. The first season was funnier than most sitcoms ever managed in their best seasons. So if IASIP will get gradually better as they say, the later seasons must be above epic. What I especially admired in constrast to the clips is that I saw for the first time how perfect the casting of the support actors is. Not a single miscast. They're all top actors and often on the same level as the main cast. I could've binged it in about 6 hours as the episodes are only a bit more than 22mins including intro and outro. I didn't do that and watched only 2 or 3 episodes a day, as I didn't want it to be over so fast. Let's hope whatever network owns it, will go the same way as southpark or at least will license it to netflix.

Each and every one of them is just an outstanding character, its so real, natural and effortlessly funny, cause I know that half of these characters is really them. Dennis having this giant ego, loving himself, Mac always in need of love, Charlie just not giving a shit about what is considered 'normal' and Dee not having it with the stupidity of these guys sometimes. Dennis is most definitely an Aries, I can excuse his ego and arrogance, cause I know he is hilarious about it
