Well yea, Charlie's traumatized by him, Frank and Dennis see his overt creepiness as a liability, Dee lumps him in with the weird gross older men and Mac doesn't have enough of a spine to go against the rest of the group's distrust for him.

I no shit met Andrew Friedman (Uncle Jack) in real life... guy is supernaturally nice! Told him I was a little star-struck because his character was my favorite on the show, but ended up asking me more about my time in the Air Force. Signed and personalized my 8x10's and took a quick photo with him. So grateful for the opportunity to meet him!

You would think a role like this would be career suicide but on a show like this he got lucky. Uncle Jack was probably the best character in the show and he's a great actor.

The dark humour is that Charlie's mother is so oblivious to everything Charlie tells her about Uncle Jack, clearly there has been abuse but she treats him like a child that leaves him so confused

Another thing too is that she’s too dependent on other men than her own son. You’ll see multiple times whenever another woman is around she is incredibly antagonistic towards them which also reinforces Charlie’s misguided view on women.

My goal is to do as many always sunny skits as possible in a professional setting. The only 2 i was able to do was the wade boggs, and this one. They cut me off after they saw i was keeping track of how many beers I was drinking.

This show has the greatest cast of characters. The Lawyer needs to show up in every season, he plays the antagonist/straight-man to the gang so perfectly.
Uncle Jack is such a great character. Charlie and his dynamic cracks me up every time I see them together.

The reason this character works well is because he’s not the stereotypical representation of a child predator. Usually we see them as calculated, sadistic and threatening. Uncle Jack is just really fucked up in the head and unaware of it. You can just see it in the way he acts and also his obssesion with his tiny hands. He comes across as submissive and pathetic and non-threatening at first, but as you slowly realise how much there is wrong with him it becomes more and more unnerving 😂, especially because he seems pretty oblivious to how creepy he is.

ABOUT TIME! Thank you. This was sorely needed. Jack Kelly is the reason I got into this show - I randomly came across a short clip of him, I think it was his commercial filming with those magnificient hands (a real safe pair), two things struck me: what the *fuck* is this show, and is it always this hilariously funny? I knew I had to find out. Wasn't dissapointed, waited an agonising length of time for Uncle Jack to come back. Worth it.
