- Behind the scenes on the King of Queens set. This was recorded during the final days of shooting season 9 (the last season).
The King of Queens is an American sitcom that originally ran on CBS from September 21, 1998, to May 14, 2007. After the series finale broadcast on May 14, 2007, The King of Queens became the last American live action sitcom that premiered in the 20th century to end its run.
I love The King Of Queens. Definitely one of the best and hilarious sitcoms of all time.

Re-watching episodes never EVER gets old.....actually, the more you watch them they get even funnier!! NO tv show has EVER made me LAUGH like good ol' K of Qs does. Serious & hefty laughing. As Carrie Heffernan would say,

There’s an episode in the second season where you can see the exposed end of the Bar/Window Wall that separates the Living Room and Kitchen
This is by far the best behind the scenes clip from this show. It's a bit sad to see Doug and Carrie's bedroom in that state knowing its one of the final tapings. Thank you very much for sharing this!

this's the sound studio in California used to shoot the show n street views were shoot in NYC here's a fun fact.... they took a picture of a house in new jersey from shuterstock as where haffenens r living !

that was the apartment she moved to in Manhattan, there house was empty because she took the furniture. great show with a not so great first season or last season! everything else, awesome.
I actually like the last season, because I hated how abusive and bitchy Carrie got. I see it as Carrie got smacked down.
She got Arthur back home and 2 children to take care of, everything she avoided all her life in her delusional mind.
@@tonyponchopeters thats an interesting way to look at it; Carrie getting somewhat of a comeuppance after being more and more bitchy as the seasons went on. Thats true though because in the first 2 seasons she is actually a sweet loving wife with only occasional mild outbursts, but as time went on it was the total opposite and she was rarely ever nice to Doug lol.
@@WhiteWolf-- I know everyone says she turns into a major B season 3 and on. But I felt like the seeds were always there: Doug does mickey mouse childish stuff and innocently ticks her off, while she's more responsible, but not as fun without burning him
but the thing that genuinely pissed me off is how she uses that power - like the episode where Doug and his father realize she's spending everything and she has the nerve to storm off as if they're wrong. also doesn't let Doug do anything really without a ton of work convincing her, but has to do all her bs without question. though Doug's lack of responsibility is just plain annoying sometimes

No I did not shoot this video. I found it and thought it should be uploaded to RUclips because it's neat to see behind the scenes. I think the set was cleared of the furniture because this was the final days of filming the show, so they were probably in the process of taking down the set. Just my guess.
@@pwoblem Part of the plot was that Carrie left to move to Manhattan and took all the furniture.

This was filmed during the final episodes when Carrie had moved out into an apartment in Manhattan and Doug was left alone in the house hence all the junk food trash and filth. I believe Arthur was also gone, as he had shacked up with a touring singer and planned on marrying her
