This is one of those shows where even in the later season (where sitcom’s typically fall off) king of queens still stayed funny. Best sitcom of the 2000’s hands down.
I saw the end of Seinfeld coming but The King of Queens could've been produced almost endlessly. It's the only complete series I own on DVD. I never tire of it.
@@humancargo7285 Seinfeld was very well written as a form of "clever funny." King of Queens was much more "relatable funny" because the Heffernans could have been your next door neighbors. Kevin James is from Long Island and Leah Remini is from Brooklyn. Being from New York and being raised there gave these two their great chemistry.
The Margie song always got me on the floor crying and laughing." Before we met Nothing in my life was right, but all that changed with Margie, You blow me away oh Carrie "🤣😂😝
I like the scene where they're both eating pizza, imagining each other's next move. It's just one of the 60.second scenes before the opening theme tune rolls. Hilarious
The old black man at the senior center was my favorite supporting actor. I would literally cackle everytime he talked, his delivery was hilarious. May they all RIP
You obviously have no idea what you're saying there. That's why you needed the multitude of exclamation points. To make up for the fact you don't know what you're talking about. Funniest of all time? This funniest of all time as you describe it, is nothing more than a poorly made replica of the F. Costanza and son chemistry. Seinfeld is the core my friend. Nothing else. But don't be upset. King of queens is as mediocre as most post Seinfeld. And the list is long.
It looked extremely forced to me... even if it wasn't in the script, she definitely did it on purpose. It wasn't even a funny story. Maybe she was trying to get back at the actor for something
My favorites are when Spence moves in a few days, when they get Carrie drunk to make her nice, the lemon ice incident with Arthur, the Christmas gifts with the cheap photo camera, the ones where Doug is on strike... So many great episodes. Great TV show, I loved it
So many great scenes. My faves are just the little faces Doug makes or the things he says. Like when he's chopping the banana yelling at the weatherman "you make me siiick" or when he's breaking the table tennis racket. One time my mom was talking about New Orleans and my sister and I simultaneously went "Nooorleans....babadada" like when they were in New Orleans and the music went on while Carrie was on the phone.
Also the pole dancing scenes in the bedroom, they were both good but doug at his most harlarious and did real well on the pole some great moves indeed😂😂😂😂😂❤❤
The episode when carrie learns her Dad lost her name in a card game❤😂 also in another episode Carrie discovers that Doug enjoys getting his hair cut by a particular lady ❤😂
My favorite one is when he was bored at Carrie’s friend’s wedding and went in the bathroom to take a photo with one of the little top hat souvenirs on the tables as a joke. Then later when the bride and groom and all their guests are at his house, they start passing out photos taken from the wedding, and one old lady comes across Doug’s and says, “Oh my God, this is a picture of a man’s…thing…and it’s wearing a little hat!” I was crying…😂😂😂
These are all great, but I gotta have the scene where the Heffernans staged a fake robbery in their house as way to get rid of the awful painting the Palmers gave them. That's my favorite scene/episode in the whole series.
That was my second favorite. My favorite was "Pregnant Pause" when Doug played a little boy, chasing Carrie through the park and later, when he was a baby in a bouncy roller thing and he pooped on himself. _Hilarious._
The painting! I forgot about that. With Carrie's one giant arm and Doug's front buck teeth, that shit is hilarious. Random question, does anyone remember the episode where Doug calls himself the owny owny owny guy? I can't find it no matter how I type it on Google.
I like the episode when Doug had a live chicken and treated it like a pet. He almost hit the chicken on the road, and when he saw an Asian guy run out with a cleaver he took off with the chicken! 😅😂
My favorite when Doug lied about working late to Carrie and missed her work event. Doug caught a cold and started having trouble dreams and woke up screaming from one of his dreams and Author came to his room and said what’s wrong I heard someone screaming like a bit*h
I missed this show, and I am glad I can watch these clips. Doug and Carrie are so funny as well as the other cast. Carrie does not take any mess from Doug.
My favorite was the one from "Pregnant Pause" , when Doug was supposed to be a "little" boy and chased Carrie through the park, then later, he was a baby in one of those bouncy things and pooped on his self. _HILARIOUS_ Also, Arthur was such an out of control old man. The things he came up with, were out of left field and so damn funny.

Hands down 🔥
And like most first few seasons, the comedy was rough. Richie needed to go much like Crystal did in Roseanne.
It's easy not to "fall off," when there's a total of 207 episodes....
@@oldandbitterhe wasn't let go, he asked to be let out of his contract so he could go film another TV show which was cancelled after 8 or 9 episodes.
Hi, I've known that for several years, just like yourself. I'm sure Larry Romano (Richie) regretted that decision for many years!

Poledancing Doug is my absolute fave. Leah very nearly cracked up on screen.
Absolutely agree! Fav episode of the series! 😂
Tbh Leah was doing best at pole dancing, you have to be a truly great actress to suck that much. And the way she checked the manual, epic!
After the pole dancing episode, my favorite would be Doug singing karaoke while Spence pretends to be a stalker. ♥
Every scene with these 3 is great - even the supporting cast is hilarious!
The old black man at the senior center was my favorite supporting actor. I would literally cackle everytime he talked, his delivery was hilarious. May they all RIP
