    1 cup or 213 g long grain thai jasmine rice
    1 1/4 cup or 300 mL cold water
    -Veg
    2 lbs 9.3 oz or 1,170 g broccoli crowns
    1 tbsp oil
    -Shrimp
    4 medium to large garlic cloves
    24 jumbo shrimp (21-25 count) 14 oz or 395 g
    Zest from medium sized lemon
