@@Kaleb_RoSs I’m not sure if you’ve seen how small my yard is, but my water bill goes way up in the summer just to keep it alive. I rent my house, and the HOA is pretty strict. If I owned it, I’d rip out all the grass and replace it with drought tolerant shrubs.
@@DiligentDave1966 my wife and I really didn’t want to do an HOA went through a lot of houses before we found what we got. The housing market was absolutely insane though. House were being sold while we were touring them. People not even going to see it, just look at the picture and buy it on the spot.
