I'm 32 and have really bad cystic acne. I've been looked at many times like a nasty gross guy. I've been dealing with this for almost 10 years as an adult. It ruins a lot and makes you feel so low. I just want to tell you that you are ok and just keep very positive. Kill ppl with kindness and torture them with success. Focus and keep your head up. Also, make sure you include sauerkraut (raw organic) naturally fermented or naturally and organic fermented pickles to include natural probiotics. 2 tbsp a day is all you need.

Lifestyle changes i made to reduce my acne
    1. I reduced consuming dairy products.
    2. I turned vegetarian ( meat was increasing heat in my body)
    3. I added probiotic rich food in my meal
    4. Increaed my water intake ( almost 4 litrs a day)
    5. I started consuming satvic diet ( if you don't know what satvic diet is , please google it , it can be a game changer )
    6. I started using products consisting glycolic and salicylic acid .
    7. You may not agree with me with this one , but practicing semen retention also helped me a lot. I don't know the science behind it , but it turned me into a different man.
    It may help.

Forehead acne is usually caused by hair porducts, dirty hair and pore clogging hair porducts, dont go to sleep with a lot of product in your hair, and keep your pillow covers clean. Try not to become stressed as that can cause acne and wrinkles on the forehead.
