What is the Quinn device you used to set the meter at 23? Do I have to buy one and also do the same for my benz glc 300 when replacing the spark plugs? Thank you for the very informative video.
The Quinn device that I used in the video is a torque meter to measure the torque when you tighten the spark plugs. It uses the same technology that the digital torque wrench uses. I got the device from Harbor Freight. Not expensive at all, very affordable than digital torque wrench. It comes with instructions on how to set up the torque that you wanted to set up.
Muy buen trabajo
One thing I want to add is to clean spark plug wells with compressed air. M274 notorious for collecting sand there and its in Mercedes factory manual.
Yes, that's also a great idea. Use compressed air and blow into the wells before removing the spark plugs.

Gap points toward rear of car and metal part faces front of car? That's about how mine ended up at torque spec
Yep, that means you are in the torque specs.
How did you mark the plug as the plug was way inside
.
With a permanent marker. I use the pliers to grab the end of the marker.
What do you do if the spark plug doesnt line up correctly and its at torque spec?
They'll be ok as long the torque is within specs.
