At this time I am using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2018. All my clients won't recognize my gmail address so need to get AOL email working again.

Hi Tina, yes you would need to have your clients email password to send the email from their email address. I use my business email address to send invoices on behalf of my clients. There is no automated feature for sending emails that I am aware of so yes this needs to be done for each invoice.

Hi Abhishek, there are many email systems you can use with QuickBooks, I prefer Gmail. Here are some other options: MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 365, BELL MAIL, BELLNET, CLUB INTERNET, COGECO, COMCAST, EARTHLINK, HOTMAIL, LAPOSTE, MSN, NETSCAPE, NETZERO, ROGERS, SHAW, SKYNET, SYMPATICO, TELUS, VIDEOTRON, YAHOO
Does this email setting make the invoice send automatically? or how do I know if the invoices will be sent automatically vs. not automatically to the customer?

Hi Shahid, can you tell me the process you are taking to produce the statement? I generally will go to the customer tab from the home screen, the create statements, then I select the customer, and select email.

Hi there, to email multiple people an invoice click "Cc" (to the right of the "To" box)to show all people included in the email, or "Bcc" to make other receivers of the email private.

Hi David, the password that you are being asked for is the password on your email account. Can you try logging out and back into your email account to be sure you are entering the right password for the email? Please let me know if that solves your problem.

It’s not automatic, each invoice is sent individually.
