One thing I forgot to show was it comes with a integrated rifle butt stock holder. It flips out the bottom of the bag. Id never use it so I just didnt mention it.
Man... Its hard to pick just one. I really like my KUIU venture 2300 as well as the tethrd pack. I also have a TX5 pack I love too. I stopped using the cays because it was so large and I was taking way to much crap in the woods with me.
Is this pack quiet, because the first gen was awful. It was so loud. The material inside the pockets sounded like you were opening a bag of chips when it was cold out.
I was told them ling side pockets is where I can place 2 sticks on each side if I twist the black teeth tree clencher things that grab in to tree but I'd have to carry a socket wrench w me .... I'll test it out but thanks for showing me how the back straps hold up the 2 sticks on each side
I got my cays 2.0 in May also for saddle hunting. I have all my saddle gear and beast sticks loaded on it.i do a 2 to 3 mile walk with it 2 times a week since then.no issues. Packs and performs awsome.all my gear with the pack is 25.8 pounds weighed. Sturdy built if that helps. Love the video. The Mr roboto robot move was priceless. Love it.you have become one of my favorite utubers.

Anybody had any issues with the back pack straps tearing?? Just ordered this pack for my saddle platform and sticks was just curious if it's held up to the weight?
Great review , I got same pack ,mission platform , double mini sticks best set up out there. Easy to carry. Don’t worry about straps tearing trophy line best customer service out there.
Hey Joe, do you pack your mission platform in the actual designated platform section of this pack? If so, is it a good fit? Or do you put it inside the large zipper pocket?

I’m not trying to hate in anyway on this pack but does anyone else think they missed it on the stick straps ? You tighten all your sticks and platform down and then you can’t access the main compartment. Then you have to unbuckle all the straps after you just got everything perfect and pull the sticks off just to access the main compartment. I do love the pack tho I’ll be using it this season
You can access the main compartment a little. You can also sinch the steps down first then add the platform and sinch that down last. So u can access the outer pocket.
Thanks buddy. I should've shown it both ways in my video. Biggest thing is just to sit in your living room and play with it. Different combinations and see how it works for u and your sticks and platform. Load it up and try it!

I heard that too. Now the pockets are all fleece lined. Seems pretty quiet now
That's good to hear because I bought the 1st gen and sold it soley because of the pockets being loud.
The zippers are still loud but at least u can change those

not that I have heard of. I did have mine break the hanger strap. They sent me a new backpack and told me to keep the old one.
