These boats look like good fun for the money and I like the catamaran race boat styling! Interesting how that cooling works, I noticed the Jet Jam doesn't have any
Someone really put their minds to developing a mini jet boat that is beautifully designed and works fantastically only for someone else to decide that its a good idea to market it as "boat sheep". Why not "toe nail" or "worm guts". Would also have a good ring to it. Nevertheless: I'm sold😅
That's a possibility. Although it never came close to looking like capsizing. I'm not going to say that's impossible, though. It was a very stable boat. 👍
@@IsaacSchultz-lz8jc I really ,really tried to get it to capsize, one pontoon out of the water a few times, but was surprisingly stablemit's more a trimaran or pontooned monohull,so can carve corners a lot more than with a true catamaran I think, is an interesting hybrid hull shape tbh
No it shouldn't be. When it is new it should be water tight. You could try greasing the prop tube this may help? Normally as they wear, these little jet boats can leak around the turbo pump. But not when they are brand new. Have you tried holding it in the bath to see where the water comes in?
@@theminiatureconstructionco4556 could you give it a try and tell me how it goes?😅 im trying to figure out wether I should get the wl915a or the tx768, Im scared of flipping it over and not being able to get it.
I haven’t run my boat yet, but seems it doesn’t have much steering range using the transmitter even in full rate. I can move much further by hand when powered off. Anyone else notice this?
have one ...just buy it ...super cool boat!!! mine 3s lipo it mini rips!!! mega fun!!!lol
Yeah they are a nice boat! 👍

It is megafun! If you can get one for an acceptable to you price, it is worth having for sure ,lots of room inside as well for adjustments if needed.
Yeah, it was definitely a blast for the money. Unfortunately, this time of year, you get a bit of detritus in the water.
Very nice, just needs clean water
🔵🔵🔵🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍🔵🔵🔵
that's as clean as you get here .I think it picked it up when drove into the reeds.
Don't get that in England 😂
@@theminiatureconstructionco4556 😁
I still wish it had the BoatSheep stickers haha! dunna dunna dunna dunna Boatsheep!
😅
Maybe put in some wire mesh when you open the bottom up
@@MYRCHOBBY yep that could work.

@michaelcliffe562 I know. I think the Chinese just like the look of some words. Or they have a translator with a wicked sense of humour 🤣
It might be possible if you put in a bi directional esc you could gain self righting

For me it’s just the re assurance that would be worth the price

I’m deciding getting this or building that m jet sprint by m jet
@@IsaacSchultz-lz8jc Nice! could get this whilst printing and building up your MJet 😁
Can you peel the stickers off? Or are they like under clear coat
@@William-McCueRC they are clear coated if I remember.
I just wish it had part support
In some respects you don't need it. Because most boat parts are available as off the shelf bits.
I have this model but entry a lot water inside. When i go out electronic parts are really wet. Is it normal??

Does it self right?
@houdini_227 no, but it's very difficult to flip over.
@houdini_227 in fact he is yet to do it.

@@houdini_227 its a mates boat. All I can say is he's never flipped it. I don't think it self rights. But it is very stable.

It's quite manoeuvrable as it is, but there's always room for improvement. 👍
I adjusted the centrepoint on the servo on this one,it wasnt even close, as can see steers ok now .
