Do the math, and she was born in 1989, which also means she will be 28 years old this year. God I'm looking too deep into this.

Also, while it was prabably because you were skipping the Konata's bedroom scenes, you also missed one scene at the beginning of episode 23 where Konata's desktop image was from a Newtype magazine spread on The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. This image has Haruhi sitting on her club room desk staring out the window. Also in episode 23, during the Lucky Channel segment, only in the sub, the voice actor Yuko Goto from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya appears as Gottuza-sama a female Japanese biker gang member since Yuko is an aficionado of biker culture and even owns/rides a motorcycle.
