All the Erbauer stuff is the same as Worx - made by Positec Tool Corporation, they used to make OEM for Black and Decker and Bosch Green. In the USA they are sold as Rockwell tools. The 20v Worx batteries and chargers are fully interchangeable with 18v Erbauer.
i bought the er 2100 however the 8mm collet is 9.5mm . that was on 6/6/2020. 7/1/2020. i returned to screw fix to find out that the others in stock are the same 9.5mm. on the box it states 6mm / 8mm / 12mm /. I decided to take 8mm router bits with me, however the collets where all to large and therefore, the router bit would not hold. Furthermore after attempting to tighten the large retaining nut ,the dam collet was jammed in. CAN anyone help .... Paul.

I've just purchased 1 today and it wont plunge for some reason the depth lock is off so it should freely move up and down but it wont budge?

they are good machines but if you lose a collet or collet nut your stuffed as its impossible to get spares .
This time I will do it manually with the help of Woodprix designs.
