No contest. The ADS is made with genuine walnut veneer instead of cheesy vinyl. The sound is smoother, more natural, and the dispersion is better. No contest,
I have Klipsch for my home theater and ADS for my 2 channel critical listening. Both are good in the right application. If I had to pick one it would definitely be the ADS.
@@2DudesAudio I've had the NHT 3.3's and I really liked them. I now have the ADS L810's and L910's and the 910's are my end-game speakers. Similar to the L1590's with the same drivers in a different cabinet.
@@trog69 open air up top, sweet in the middle and tight down low. The transition from the sealed box and the mid/tweet is completely undetectable to me. o idea how they did that...
Klipsch unless they are Heritage Series are party 🥳 speakers 🔊 no disrespect, just calling it 🤷 Those ADS are audiophile style 😎 for tight bass guys. Great comparison for 2 different styles of listening. The family 👪 will love the Klipsch in home theater 🎥 😉
Comparing these is a laughable. the ADS is so far superior to the Klipsch comparing the two shows you have very little understanding of audio. The meter is a nice touch though. I really enjoyed your sinewave burnup of the alto sub, go learn about real power ratings and study JBL driver spec sheets for real power specifications and time vs power ratings.

No contest. The ADS' are superior.
I'll take the 1290's in a heartbeat..
Yeah we both prefer the ADS. The klipsch towers were just an example of a current day speaker. Mike is a NHT fanboy.
@@2DudesAudio My 1090's left here 2 days ago. I will miss them but the new to me Alon II's completely blow them away..

If the ads had feet they would totally crush the what are are they called again?
If y'all want to see more vintage gear on the channel like this comment! Chaz and I have more vintage gear to show!
Braun ADS sounds better and looks better
ADS wins!
My L810's and L910's thoroughly agree.
The Klipsch sound cleaner in my opinion , which brings the sound to your voice

The klipsh sounded awful compared to the ads
