Lots of respect, Robert. Your books are extraordinary. Your capacity for genius combined with simplicity, humility and pragmatism are so rare and incredibly inspiring. Thank you for your work and being who you are.
It is interesting to hear your routine because nowadays, there are a lot of these so called influencers that tell you should wake up at 5:30 in the morning, go for a run, have breakfast, study until lunch, then do your side hustle, then study more, then read some books, and then go to sleep at midnight. Like not everyone can follow this schedule, it really depends from person to person. You should create a system for yourself where you are the most productive.
I meditate each morning and my day is clearer in my thoughts. If i miss a day, the subtle interferences pop up within my own self. After i realised this I set my goals to be consistent. I now get up between 3am and 6am and relax into my non interrupted space. The difference is clear. Ive always been clairvoyant so learning to sit quiet has enhanced the clarity for the spiritual connection I desire. I believe meditation is the key for me.
@ 20 minutes every morning. I love it that much, I look forward to doing it. If you start doing it, persevere because it will take a couple of weeks to really see results. So many people I know have given up because of this.
The Laws of Human Nature is easily the most insightful and worth-reading book I've ever had. Thanks for everything you've done to make the world a better place, Mr. Greene 🙏🏻
Thank you for sharing your daily rituals. After a few months of experiments I've noticed that I get pretty stimulated if I go to any night activity, and I couldn't sleep well, which makes me a zombie the next day unable to do anything. I wanted to fight with myself, but at this point I've accepted that it's just how it is. I can only work with it. I have to watch a dumb movie before I go to sleep, it calms me down and helps me get into resting mode.
WOW! I need to become an author, to be able to have such a schedule like that, there are no words other than blessed. Heck, even people who have the same sleep pattern every night, blessed, my schedules change, sometimes mornings, sometimes evenings. I’m happy for others, but don’t like hearing about it.
I adore your books! Ihave them on my nightstand :) Thank you for sharing with us all your tips. I've just started to move more (doing exercise) thanks to this video. I was soooore :D . Thank you for inspiring us . Wish you the best! Many blessings
A great book on the subject, covering a lot of famous writers: Daily Rituals How Artists Work by Mason Curry. (Barbiturates to sleep/amphetamines to wake up, especially writers in the '50s, '60s, and '70s.)
I’m pretty raw right now 😞 Reading about my behaviors and how often they were merely reactions to “behaviors” of others. I am literally upside down and inside out 🫢
As always, great advice from Robert Greene. He's not GOD. BUT. A HELPFUL SOUL WITH A PURE HEART AND MINDFULNESS. VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HIS WEBSITE FOR GUIDANCE!
There's science to support what you're saying. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon is the best time to nap because that's when your body temperature reaches its lowest point. A few hours later it reaches its highest point so that's a good time to exercise.
I heard you on the Theo Von podcast (Did they outlaw the art of seduction in prison?) You said something about pornography that was so thought provoking for me, that I came here. I usually wake up around 6-7 for no reason. This is a great use for that time. Thanks!!!
My hours are from 5:30 am until 6:30 am, and from 2pm until 7pm. That said, i'm a clinical psychologist, so I need to have flexibility and adjust to my clients. But I also like to create, and those are the hours that feel more productive.

Thanks a lot Robert for it! I was reading Atomic Habits (would love for your opinion) and one thing actually hit me, that is it is your ritual that starts the habit its called the 2-minute rule. Well this was basically the same thing isn't it (please answer) :)
@ I belive that the book can be very better and well written then this. For example the first 9 type of seducers are not important, and you could replace them with other seducing strategies to fulfill the 24th strategy. And there are a lot more that has to be modified in the book.
Hello Mr.Robert I have a suggestion for you..what about you try to read quran and give us a little summary about it, I trust your mind and opinion. Thanks.
Sir please translate 48 laws or power book to Kannada language as of 2024 there are 57 million people who speaks Kannada language its an South Indian language and in almost every Indian languages it’s translated except Kannada idk why it’s still not translated.!!
@Cynyndims Indeed. Make it happen. It benefits everyone. That is why he replied. The universe has opened a beautiful door for you. You are blessed. Good luck!
It's not about becoming invincible because we are all humans. And humans aren't infallible. You must also take the aspect of hereditary genes into the equation of our life span. If many of your ancestors died from various forms of strokes. .. it means you are vulnerable too. There is nobody or nothing to blame. Just the unpredictable nature of Life.
Lots of respect, Robert. Your books are extraordinary. Your capacity for genius combined with simplicity, humility and pragmatism are so rare and incredibly inspiring. Thank you for your work and being who you are.
And lots of respect to you,
The way you describe him is extraordinary.😊
I wish you the best.
Robert Greene you have changed my life for better😊
Napping has been a game changer for me and it took me years to do because I mistakenly associated it with “laziness”.
Exercise and peace of mind are the key to a healthy and peaceful life

Thanks for sharing. I didn't know you had a stroke, good to see you are still pursuing your interests and sharing your insights with the world.
“Look at certain websites” - I know what you mean. I do that for 2 hours instead of meditation.
So very curious about the books on the bookshelf and the albums? What’s your music collection?

Your English is good. Contact him and offer to do it.
Yes i did sent an email and ‘sir’ thankfully replied me, I’m surprised, it’s unbelievable.
@@Cynyndims So do it! Make a deal with him. Take a % of the sales. Your English seems to be very good. You can do it. Believe in yourself!
@@Richard-d1y yes it’s very easy by using today’s technology but it would be great to buy the book from original book publisher.
@Cynyndims Indeed. Make it happen. It benefits everyone. That is why he replied. The universe has opened a beautiful door for you. You are blessed. Good luck!
I have the biggest crush 🤪
