Pato O'Ward definitely deserves a test with the McLaren F1 team. Lando Norris is improving continuously and will likely be considered for a seat by the top teams in the future and with Daniel Ricciardo nearing his thirties so a vacant seat is likely to open up in a season or two at the F1 team.
He'd ruin his life going to F1. As an F1 fan, I'm tuning into Indy more because it''s getting dull. Pato has chances to win here in Indy, and in F1, a lucky podium or averaging 5th place at best. That's even if he lands a Mclaren seat right from the get go. If not, he'll be in the back for years.
No brother I disagree. For one thing Formula One is boring. Another, His driving style suits indycar. It would actually be a demotion so he Is right where he belongs and where the competition is.
The aeroscreen is great, but this is not the first time a monoposto turned over in wet grass. The aeroscreen's great safety advantages would matter much more if people didn't say they played a role in every single crash.
Why does the traction compound not work for the indycar? It's function in nascar is to make the outside available. But here it seems completely make it unusable.
These young bloods have really arrived in earnest giving the old dogs a run for their money. It seems only Scott Dixon can hold them off for now. And only just. All the other guys like Newgarden, Power, Rossi and the like might just be left in their smoke. Changing of the guard, Like it or not..
"Ever since he began publicly toying with the idea of jumping into an Indy car early last year, Johnson has stayed relatively steadfast that it would be extremely unlikely he'd ever race on an oval -- largely due to his wife Chandra's reservations about the risks that come with running 230-plus-mph into what's essentially a sweeping left-hand turn." www.indystar.com/story/sports/motor/2021/04/13/indy-500-jimmie-johnson-indycar-chip-ganassi-racing/7213691002/
Having one racing groove is kinda weird. It's in the second season and how are people still blowing their loads over the windscreen and acting like they never seen one before and in every single incident it saves the drivers life no matter how small of a fender bender?
Pato's hands at 7:50 doing that at 220mph is just insane
I guess it is kinda off topic but do anyone know a good place to stream new movies online?
@Alec Harper thanks, signed up and it seems to work :D I appreciate it!
@Marley Parker Happy to help =)
I love Indycar. I'm not a huge oval guy . That said I watched both races.
Good luck
Pato seems so likeable. I originally supported him because of mclaren but he seems like he hold win many more races.
We need Homestead-Miami on the schedule
Yap IndyCar Homestead is become Championship Finale and Night Race
Yes.

Oval racing is an art form in itself, let alone at 230mph in these unforgiving beasts! Edit: Texas needs a re-pave!
It needs to be reconfigured AND repaved to get the PJ1 stain off of it
Thank goodness those halos were installed last year. Glad the driver of the 59 car of Conor Daly climbed out and walked away.

Another great race! Congrats to Pato O'ward. Bring on Indy, the ovals are great.😎👍
I feel the need, the need for speed.
This makes me miss watching Indycar..
Excellent ! Thank you !
Muy Bien Pato saludos desde México
That young Mexican got some moves!
This track demands a re-pave soon!
The racing at the 4 oval races they run a year is better than Nascar's entire season combined
Thanks to Aeroscreen which save Daily, and Congrats to Pato

Lol. Dixon’s tire guy trying to slow down Rachael in the pits. With his body. - those guys r nuts.
Enjoyed!!!!!! 👍👍👍
Awesome!!!
Beautiful race.
Indy goes NASCAR!
Glad I missed it...
Spa 6 Hours
Portugese GP
Kansas Bushy

You better include LeMans 2021 and edit your comment.
IndyCar Texas Replace by Richmond Saturday Night and Circuit of the America and IndyCar Homestead-Miami be on Championship Finale Saturday Night.
Please put the post-race coverage on the Peacock race replay, I needed to come here to watch the winner's post-race interview!

Goodyear and Firestone's rubber is incompatible - NASCAR lays it down with Goodyears for their tires, so it doesn't work for IndyCar
No one has mentioned daly's flip

More ovals please!
Just not this one. This track is probably the worst in all motorsports.
@@eccentricgamer4111 needs a repave. The section stained by pj1 has got to go.

I wouldn't go that far, but it has not lend itself to compliments by motorsport fans from the day it was built.
@@eccentricgamer4111 oh absolutely. the 2017 reconfig was the beginning of the end for this place.
Where is Jimmy? I though he was commuted to saving the series.
He doesn't do ovals I think
Only running the road and street courses. Same with Romain.

Eeeeeeee
Jimmie doesn't have the balls to do Ovals? seriously?
I'm sure he does, but his wife has reservations about it
