There is one thing that you didnt notice:
As you can see, when Saiko was being nice and she pushed the door to not let you escape, he kicked the door three times and made Saiko mad. But there is a way to keep her nice if this situation happenned. You need to kick the door two times and wait a few seconds and she will open the door and apologize. l hope this helped you :)

I love Saiko No Sutoka, but sadly can't play the latest versions (mobile user here!), however I enjoy watching your game play videos! I really hope a lot of the newer additions like her obvious personality change, or even some of the not so new additions such as the layout, get added to mobile sometime!

I still remembered the first time i locked the door.
I said finally, a locked door. Now i can feel safe from saiko. Yeah, you stay out there, think about what you've done and throw that knife away ok? Then i heard some strange noises, then i be like "wait, did she just kick the door?" A silent moment after that and then glass break, then doors slam. I really said this "oh oh, so you know kung fu now huh?"
She is even more smart, she can easily out smart us with new skills and tricks. :D
I'd love to see more behaviors where she truly DOESN'T want to hurt you and may even try to help you escape as she realizes that if you stay here "he" will actually try to kill you, but she's slowly being overshadowed by "him," becoming more playful at your expense, until finally going into killing mode.
Along with that, maybe things that can help slow or even pause her more violent tendencies such as her faking being injured or falling down and if you actually come and help her she's touched by your kindness.
Like the first part could be her "testing" or playing with you more than trying to kill you but that meter gradually starts to go towards killing > playing.
An entire game of her playing could be fun too just to see how much depth her personality can have. A pain to code I'm sure, but I think it would be a fun mode for those that really want to test how much effort you put into her AI.
You are right I agree with you but the dev informed me he will be updating this game time to time and bring more AI, skills and dialogues for her. Maybe a new mode or something is expected in the future. :))
In some way, in normal mode, one part of her is very kind and really loves you and it's afraid to hurt you, but the second part of her....
I hope there is a way to help her :(
To get a better ending in normal mode...
Yanderes can only be "fixed" by either dying, making sure you follow the rules they set exactly so you don't die, or by dying yourself. If they have you as a target you aren't gonna win. They can't be helped and made better that's the entire point. Shes not a victim or innocent deep down shes fucked in the head beyond help.

Now that the game is difficult with the standard Saiko, as it breaks the doors, and I noticed that when she says "you are stupid" she closes an eye looking like Sans in Undertale, it is just me or someone else noticed this reference.

I notice that the dialogue color also changes. Yangire mode is a blood red dialogue and Yandere is the pink dialogue. Dunno if that was the case or its just my laptop.
I like this update. She has new dialogues and animations. So she really would lock you if she catches you but angering her would result in a new death I see. Deym. And you can lock her out as well...her dialogue reminded me of a meme before. the 'let me in, I'm a fairy' meme'
But sheesh, you locking her outside is terrifying when she starts kicking the door. And now she learns to trick you
