- In my countdown to Christmas / end of 2020, I made a Bauble Cake!
I've shared the sugar dome technique in another video
The base contains a speculoos and roasted hazelnut crunch, vanilla custard, caramel tatin apple, cinnamon sponge, and dome of light cinnamon chantilly garnished with fresh dill underneath a glistening sugar dome. Oh and all plant-based too! Хобби

I was wondering, what did you put on the top layer of the hemisphere to cover the biscuit ? And also, what did you use to ice your half sphere at the end ? Regards, SG
Thank you!!! The dip was biscoff blended to a paste, and mixed with melted cocoa butter. The dome ontop of the biscuit is the chantilly dome, frozen and dipped in a glaze.
