For me its horrible. 40 ish on customs, inside the new zones or centre map is always below 60. 4060ti but i do have an i7 8700k thought this would be enough to run about 70-80. Streets is unplayable
Each update: 2 steps backward at this point. I have Rtx 3080 (12 GB), upgraded to 64 GB DDR4 (for this game), 11700KF and was able to get 60-100 fps on 3440x1440 on PVE on high. After this patch: micro stuttering, FPs drops below 40 A LOT. Ambient map Sound disappears after I use sights on any weapon for rest of the game. Can’t play any PVE matches with my friends online (disconnection issues). So now solution is for me to set everything to lowest setting to have playable frames? I guess I’ll stop playing until it’s fixed
Ok, so I did get a suggestion from someone to do a clean install. So I uninstalled the game and did a fresh reinstall, did all the mentioned above tips, and did see a much more noticeable improvement. It's not quite back at 120-140 frames on customs for me. But it's around a 75-100 frames vs the earlier 55-60 frames
Ive experimented w proccess lasso in the past n i think i changed something i shouldn’t have n messed up my game so uninstalled and after reinstalling it this patch it seems to actually make a HUGE diffrence for me

I'm dithering about reinstalling this again. I'm still down deep in Hunt Showdown though, no jank, fantastic audio, quicker into game..its an easy choice to stay playing Hunt at the moment.

I think it's ridiculous that it's almost 2025 and bsg still doesnt optimize their game.. dont think they ever will.. their proprietary butchered version of the unity engine using their crap procedural terrain loading seems to be beyond help.

I play 1440p normally but I dropped to 1080p and lowered all my settings to not miss out on early wipe.
I also play 3440x1440, and my FPS jumps from 35 to 70. It was similar to yours before patch, and I'm rockin' 5700X3D and 4070S

I use Vertical Sync = Adaptive (half refresh rate) because a smooth 72 fps for me is better than a wild ride towards 144 then plummeting down again 🎢
