Norman is a very nice guy. We need more people in the world like him .He relates very well with the young and old people alike. I been watching his post. The thing I noticed about him was he reached out to the street guitar player and welcomed him to play in the front of his store. That was very touching and you can see the kindness in Normans heart . It's nice to see he is doing well and up on his feet again. He trimmed down and looks good. I pray he remains healthy now. On that note I wish him the best.

Well done Norm! I think Lemmo should name his piece "Tribute to Norm". I had not ever heard an SG bass played before, it has really nice tone to it.
It’s actually an EB-0. Modern ones are called SG basses but I think they all have two pickups, like the old Gibson EB-3.

I had this very Bass guitar in walnut..it was gorgeous. I tricked it out with a smaller humbucking pickup...in stereo..new tuner heads because they had elephant tuners originally but the never quite stayed in tune..put shallers or grover tuners on.Stupid me made a very bad trade for it..a regret I will never live it down.Great to see Norm playing with the boys.

Nice work Norm. I have a 68' EB0 and that's the sound. Phat AF. Mine is nowhere near as clean as that and has the earlier hand rest rather than the bridge cover. Great little bass.
That last tune was really cool. I always love the sound of a Gibson bass with that fat 'bucker in the neck position.

I checked out Mike Lemmo’s music on RUclips yesterday. I knew he was talented but well let’s just say , I was stunned . Just absolutely insanely great.

@@dananthony6258 Most people would say I live On Long Island. I know because I used to live ON Long Island for about 42 yrs. I moved to the desert 🌵 about 11 yrs ago and I can tell you I still miss the bagels, pizza, Chinese food and Jones Beach ✌️

Nice playing in my early 20's I bought a 1971 walnut EB0 my friends needed a bass player when the band broke I sold it and still now @ 59 I regret loosing her I think I'll take that loss to the end its a nice bass and Norm you playing it smooth as vanilla icecream 🍦

Norm plays great bass! He doesn’t overplay, and has groove for days. That’s the way I try to play bass, although I’m really a guitar player. I’d love to hear more of Norm’s organ playing-he’s hell on wheels on that B-3!

Thank you Norm....You brought back so many memories. I owned the same EB-O Bass except it had a Cherry Finish and I played it in my high school stag band (early 1970"s). Such a special time in my life. So glad to see you doing well...I pray Gods blessings on you now and in the future.
Jack Bruce made this bass famous on 60's-70's band Cream. I never had money to buy a Gibson here in Europe but at the beginning of 1970's I bought Ibanez EB bass long neck and I still have it. This bass had two neck types,long and short one.

Note to Millenials: The Illustrious Geezer didn't slap the bass even once ... and it sounded great. But that Pickup!!! Destroyer of more speakers than any other pickup ever sold. The Guild pickup came close, but nothing tops the Gibson MudBucker for pure devastation ... when you really need to annihilate every coil and cone in the Bass Rig.
