Hey I will pray for you! There are also some meaningful things that you can do right now to help. First is repairing your gut with healthy probiotics. I’m not kidding. Get good Kefir and pickles called Bubbies. It has healthy bacteria. Your gut is closely linked to your mood because it creates Serotonin. No kidding! I’m been doing it lately and my anxiety seems to be going down.

I folded to the simple struggle of mocking and peer pressure as a young adult. It led me to go astray from the Faith. I never stopped believing but led a sinful life as a result to my being weak. Am just now coming back and pray God gives me the strength to hold fast and never buckle again. Please pray for me.

The truth for many is a "bitter pill to swallow." Period. We cannot hide from Christ's truth...we may try..but we will all ultimately fail.
Thank you for bringing up easy divorce. The church seems to be largely ignoring this extremely important biblical issue. There are plenty of Christians preaching against abortion, violence, polytheism, etc., and rightly so, but outside of Roman Catholicism, I rarely see any churches taking a hard stance against the sin of divorce. It’s quite sad and concerning.

They like dangling their toes over the cliff of sin, playing with the temptations, and rubbing shoulders with wackiness. Then we have the bigots, the antisemites, and the ones that add new commandments to Bible lessons that aren’t even there. In the middle are tbn, daystar, and other slimy liars.
These extremes really drowned out the good Christians, the soul winners, who care about rescuing the lost souls from hell. A few weeks ago a Christian I dearly love, told me over lunch in a full restaurant LOUDLY, to never tell a new believer to go to a “Bible believing church”.
I still feel like crying when I remember that conversation.

If I were not a believer in Christ but had heard that there is a place called Hell full of fire where people go for being bad, it would worry me enough to research if there really is a God starting with reading the Bible and I would think that majority of people would do that. Perhaps a word on how the Lord will sustain and bless His children through persecution, even unto death, would be in order. Otherwise it is easy to think that we have to muster up the strength to endure it.
We can go thru it if we realize we cannot lose salvation in Jesus . Why would God want us so fearful of being in hell if our legs are taken off and in agony if that played out ?? Think about that deeply . When pain comes we need the comfort of God carrying us through it or not thinking we are abandoned .
And please we need not be vindictive on our own brothers that God should abandon us, but lets have pity or sympathy on each other , which works much more better. When it gets real bad lets not be so divided ! But have empathy in unity of goodwill in suffering..

Persecutors are far from being fearful. They do not fear God (proverbs 9:10) . They are blinded by the enemy. Your idealistic viewpoint dictates immaturity .

Women were recorded as the first witnesses to the resurrection, despite the fact that women were not considered reliable witnesses; if the stories were made up, the women would not have been the witnesses.
The Gospels contain details that only residents of Judaea prior to AD 70 would’ve known, and prove to be very reliable historical accounts.
A tomb was left empty, and no one was ever able to deny this. Even the opponents of the Christians were only able to claim that the body was stolen, because they knew the tomb was empty.
The Apostles were willing to face continued persecution and suffering for being Christians. They were in a direct position to know if Christianity was false, and yet they never denied it’s truth. If it was all made up, none of them would’ve endured to death, as none of them gained power or wealth from their claims.
And here’s an interesting proof: Monotheistic Christianity rapidly and peacefully spread across pagan, polytheistic Rome. Something needs to account for that, and one of the easiest answers is that there was actual miracles performed to prove the truth of Christianity. Not only did this happen, but Christianity has recently spread peacefully all across the world, and continues to grow in Asia and Africa, despite persecution. All the way back in the Old Testament, countless prophecies predicted that all the nations would turn to the God of Israel; that prophecy had almost zero chance of being fulfilled without actual divine intervention; yet that prophecy is well on its way to being fulfilled.

However, there is a preservation of faith for the child of God, every child of God will persevere because we have been given the power and boldness to do so by the Holy Spirit in us
We ought not to think like the world about heroes, there are saints, those who persevere in trials and persecution because of their belief in Christ.
"For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith."

It is better to pray for one another, so that when the time comes, all believers will persevere in persecution.

If you have never witnessed to adult lost sinners, you will be of those who fall by the wayside. You were not planted in rich soil. Only those who visibly stand for Christ will endure. 99% of people that attend church never once engage in NT biblical evangelism which is Gospel witness to adults. Including so called pastors elders & deacons, who should be leading it, but in truth shy away from it.

Yes, all true Believers in Christianity are persecuted.
But not all persecution is fatal. It doesn't have to be that way. Don't falter in the faith of Christ as redeemer. Live godly. These will bring persecution, but in case some people are saying "I pray that God bring persecution to America." That's not Biblical. God hates all sin, and persecution is sin.

@@Marinanor It's common for people to get in bad moods, act cranky and lash out irrationally in ways that others consider rude. It's also common for people to be called out for being rude when they absolutely are not. There was a TikTok video of a guy who was reemed out by a woman in a gym for being rude. Why? Because she said he was staring at her while she was working out and she felt harrassed. When he explained that he was blind, did she apologize? No. She angrily shouted for management to "handle" the situation. People with tourette's syndrome spontaneously shout in public in ways that may be startling and uncomfortable to people who aren't familiar with the condition. That's not rude, and yet they are routinely shamed and shunned. Calling someone rude is exactly the same as being offended: it's all in the mind of the person who feels slighted. Even when someone is overtly making a scene, you can choose to not be offended, and you can choose to not feel persecuted by their rudeness. If you are naturally a reactive person, I suggest taking a moment and taking a breath before responding. Remind yourself that the person may be going through a difficult time, and it will be easier to let go of that negative judgement before you express it and put yourself in a bad mood.

This is bible prophecy. We need to be ready for it even now. It says those that desire to live godly in Christ will suffer persecution (2Timothy 3:12) also Luke 6:22 "Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. " Persecution is even more disturbing when it is done by family members or other professing Christians.

Just out of interest, at 5:06 an Anglican bishop who is now a Roman catholic priest. This is where a desperate search for truth can lead you.
If you are trying to put a Christian religious display up on public land and the law/authorities don't allow it, that is NOT persecution.
If you are trying to have the Bible taught in public schools and the law/authorities don't allow it, that is NOT persecution.
If you are trying to have prayer made a part of the public school curriculum and the law/authorities don't allow it, that is NOT persecution.
If you have some sort of Christian program made available as an after school activity/club and other religions then have similar programs promoting their religions made available, that is NOT persecution.
I think the worst persecution will come from the denominations, forcing us back into house and underground churches. And I'm fine with that.
