Videogrammetry and other features in 3Dsurvey - Live presentation at Intergeo 2023

Our Product Manager, Marko, presented Videogrammetry and other exciting features in 3Dsurvey live at Intergeo 2023 on stage 2.
The 3Dsurvey RTK Videogrammetry feature is extremely useful in many areas of Land Surveying, Construction, and similar industries (even Telecommunications, Utilities, etc.).
By using the 3Dsurvey RTK Videogrammetry feature, you only need a phone, mobile RTK device and any person to take a video of a site, which does not require any training whatsoever. It is also much faster than taking photos or using any other tools to collect the data. 📱
With the data that is acquired by only filming video footage of the site, surveyors or your in-house experts can process the data once a week/month in order to understand the progress of the project and to document all the details of the project using either 3D models, CAD lines or similar. The result could be an accurate and correctly geo-positioned 3D model, with all the accurate measurements, which can later be used for analysis.

Hi! We use the 3Dsurvey ScanApp. It has not been officially released yet. We were giving it to 3Dsurvey users on request. It will be published with our soon-to-be released 3.0 version update.
