Part of my daily routine. I just feel empty, wrong, like im missing something when i dont eatch his new one.
As a nanny and college student, I see so many job listings requiring at LEAST a bachelors degree (some people want it to be related to Education, etc.) And the only reason is because they want to be able to say they have a college-educated nanny. They’ll want someone bilingual, have interest in culture, hobbies, and someone who has travelled extensively, and when you’re a full time nanny, you have time for none of this since you’re practically raising someone else’s children. I don’t need a degree to make mac & cheese, buckle car seats, change diapers and participate in library story time.
I worked as a nanny for a titled family for many years. Professional nannies don't run errands or clean houses or, for that matter, use their own cars.

I never understood that. Do they just, like, not pay people in the Army well enough? Cuz you'd think they'd get paid enough to not have to complain about a few dollars. I bought a crappy looking play place on Craigslist a few years ago for $40. It looked horrible, but after I pressure washed and painted it, it looked brand new! I've found a few over the years, brought them home, fixed them up, and sold them for MUCH more than I paid. If you're willing to work a little, you can absolutely transform things, and make a decent profit.

We, in the military community called those spouses, "Dependapotamus". She went full Dependapotamus in her rant. We often call them "Dependa's" for short. They are basically Karen's, but married to military personnel.
I once came across something very similar to those 'Cheap nanny' advert when I was looking for a flat share. There was an advert offering to share the house with an Indian family. It said you had to pay £100/month for rent (all bills included, not groceries). However, you had to drive the kids to school and pick them up, from Monday to Friday. And from Monday to Thursday, you had to take care of the youngest kid during the afternoon. During the week-end, you had to watch the kids from 9am to 5pm (I guess you had to cook lunch?). The bottom of the post said " Ideal for retired person or students". I did not know Reddit at the time, but gosh I wished I had taken a screenshot of that advert.
What they're asking is for someone to willingly accept a job that's one step above slavery. I sure hope no one answered this ad, because that person has probably ended up in indentured servitude by now, and possibly abused and deprived of their freedom.
