This is pretty cool! I'm in a wheelchair and the only thing people will tell me is, "Don't be in that situation." Yes, no kidding, but you're not ALWAYS going to have control over a situation. This video is great and gives me something to think about.
Nice work, Sir. I'm a wheelchair user myself. With 16 years experience in the Martial Arts and other Self Defense Techniques. 14 of those years under Master Sensei Dave Marinoble, here in California. I'm a Certified Self Defense Instructor, under Master Marinoble.
This is very good. I’ve not experienced someone actually hitting me or making contact but I have felt threatened. Knowing what I could do helps me to be confident and ready, just in case.
Had a self defense instructor come to my high school and give a bunch of techniques I couldn't really do bc most were lower body advantages. When I asked about some defensive points for my wheelchair he basically gave me a 'ur height is already an advantage just arm bar to submit them and ur good'. We did 1 example of getting pinned to a wall and that was it. This was so much more helpful and clearer to understand
This all great techniques but to go at it full force is not scripted & different conclusions most likely will occur & therefore the handicap will probably not be without some kind of injury especially if you have a real psycho come for you who is agile & very strong. Need to go faster and show force with other techiques as well. This is way too soft.
I don’t think it is. If you apply these moves with full force, they will definitely hurt. I used to do karate when I was at school and what is being shown here will be really effective.

Thank you for your comments.
I will be working on more videos.
Keep strong and "never give up"
