And imagine if he brings Roger Deakins to film it!
I'm terrified by the idea of a Villeneuve version of Dune because the original is very close to perfection. But I do agree, he's one of the best directors working today.

I really wanted to go see this film on the big screen when it came but couldn’t due to school and money.
I love this film.
Watching in the theater was incredible. In addition to watching such a phenomenal film on the big screen, the sound was so engrossing, it was literally vibrating the theater.
I would have watched 4 hours of this movie , 3 hours was not long enough for me , super fan hahaha

Villeneuve looks like a grown up version of an obedient and good lil' boy... and it is how he directed the sequel to Blade Runner. Good boy.

Denis Villeneuve, is so refresing and a brillaint director and a very clever man but the interviewer is so creepy.
"I wanted to leave the actors the space to express themselves" HaHaha Anybody hardly dared to move in that movie, and when they did it was slow and deliberate. What a dreadful experience.
SO MANY SCENES IN BLADERUNNER 2049 JUST WENT ON AND ON WITH NO PURPOSE, I ACTUALLY FELL ASLEEP 3 TIMES. IT WAS AN HOUR TOO LONG.

I hope it's not as boring as his previous over rated snooze fests, Arrival and Sicario (the lacked a good storyline).
It's only my opinion, and one lots of people shared. I grew up on a steady diet of serious Woody Allen films and my mindfulness on human feelings is in check
