    Hi Oliver. Greetings from PH. Been following you for a while now. I've been doing your GDS workouts - squat, front squat, etc., with full range of motion. I am playing competitive leagues during weekends and 5v5s during weekdays while doing GDS. It so taxing on my body. Should I use this method instead during in season? -- box squat, pinned front squat, block pulls.
