Hi! What color is the cord? How did you hide it? I love it and want to install the same one but you will be able to view it from the sides and I'm afraid it will stick out too much and the cord will show??? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Where I want to put it is tricky...there is wainscoting and it wont sit flat so I will have to take some strips of it off, and the way the bottom sits lower I'm not sure if it will fit ugh! But it looks so nice! There is another smaller one, different brand on wayfair but for so much less it scares me! Sorry to ramble on, It just looks awesome tho!
@@megansinger6906 Thanks, yea I get it. Can you guys cut out the wainscoating, as big as the fireplace and that way it can set in a bit. The wainscoating could almost be like a frame (you may have to frame it out.) That would look good. :)
Yes I will have to cut pieces out to frame it. I was just worried about being able to see the cord...I am OCD. But I love how it looks and will figure something out! Thank you so much for this post and for answering my questions! Oh and Cooper is adorable! I have 2 bulldogs, Ripley and Piper 😊

I didn't buy one like this. I got one from Menards that hangs on the wall. It lights up and give off good heat.

it is underneath the tv so the wall is aprox 5' from floor to tv

I think we have a 65" tv and I think the fireplace was around 50" length.

The cord itself is white. We were able to stuff the cord behind the top of the fireplace. It is really worth it. We use it daily!!

The builder that built our home had already picked it out so I have no idea. It is a laminate though. Sorry I don't have more info.

I did not make anything. The white of the fireplace is part of the fireplace. I hope that helps!
