Thanks, bad news reports by someone looking good is something.
*Larry Burkett's book on "Giving and Tithing" drew me closer to God and helped my spirituality. 2020 was a year I literally lived it. I cashed in my life savings and gave it all away. My total giving amounted to 40,000 dollars. Everyone thought I was delusional. Today, 1 receive 85,000 dollars every two months. I have a property in Calabasas, CA, and travel a lot. God has promoted me more than once and opened doors for me to live beyond my dreams. God kept to his promises to and for me*
There's wonder working power in following Kingdom principles on giving and tithing. Hallelujah!
But then, how do you get all that in that period of time? What is it you do please, mind sharing?
It is the digital market. That's been the secret to this wealth transfer. A lot of folks in the US and abroad are getting so much from it, God has been good to my household Thank you Jesus
Big thanks to Ms. Chisty Fiore❤️✨💯May God bless Christy Fiore services, she have changed thousands of lives globally
How can I start this digital market, any guidelines and how can I reach out to her?
If anything, it's likely to get worse. Affordable housing will soon become unaffordable. Therefore, I advise taking action now because today's prices will seem like bargains tomorrow. Until the Fed takes more decisive action, I expect we will see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't just halfway rip the band-aid off.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!
Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.
Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you?

Lena , Thats correct totally ! The Western countries are all in the same boat 🚢! Thank you ! Take care !!
Agreed 👍🏻✌🏻
Lena made good points.
Controlled demolition. This is all about the economic reset the worldwide oligarchic class are trying to usher in through World Economic Forum and Klaus Schwab & Co.
Western quality of life is unsustainable. The current working generation will never match what the Boomers had during the 80s and 90s when the rest of the world was poor

Best or worst?
Don't forget the USA is best in "Stupid". In fact, I saw plenty of it on parade just today!
The US is best at creating money out of thin air, like printing of money and crypto
'...declining...' has it ever excisted in the us?
Lena it’s the same in Australia!! The middle class that has always propped up the economy is slowly deteriorating. It’s just greed from banking, property developers and governments that’s too lazy to correct it because they are complicit!!!

And we've got billions to give to Zelensky and Israel
Well it’s pretty obvious that the US cares more about maintaining its hegemony than about its own people.
Printing dept money that why American have to pay it back
No it dose-not have money for wars let alone building weapons and ammunition. It is all done on borrowed money through sale of treasury notes or bonds. So what the giver says its spending is normally almost twice as much when interest payments are added to the borrowed money.
It's debt..not money
The problem is increasing greed and corruption!
Both of those things are cornerstones of 'free market capitalism' 😉 Are you saying that you don't like capitalism ?
Wow, the empire is sinking fast in the quicksand, just as prophesied.
" Send billions of dollars oversea to wage war".... tell it all about the sorry state of America!!!

The middle class, in New Zealand, has been non-existent for the past 20 years

And baldy. Supports USA world order . While China bails out a dairy company . No wonder you are broke .
True bro, Rogernomics fed us to the u.s.
These days there's the working class, upper class and elites. Many in the working class consider themselves middle upper class by the old metrics, this is a problem because people vote in what they see as their financial interest, they simp for national believing they're in the club. Labour isn't any better and all parties will run the neolibral economic ideology that got us here to begin with. It's a vicious circle Lange opted us into long ago.

Thank you, Lena.

Definitely unaffordable for a middle class family in Canada.
Lena I listen to your post everyday that you put them out and just wanted to say that not only are obviously intelligent but the type content that you report on is what the American people need to be aware of. We Americans have been blinded by sports, entertainment, news propaganda, self indulgence and rights activists.
Many of the topics you report on I’m already aware of but the depth of research and facts you present are spectacular.
Keep putting it out there, maybe some will wake up if it’s not already too late and I don’t believe it is!
It is on my agenda to become a supporter of yours soon because YOUR worth it.
Looks like the US is heading to be like the RoboCop movies.
Has been for a long time
do to US Govt. over spending in funding endless wars, thus creating high inflation, that kills U.S. MIDDLE CLASS. also, with high debt, and tariffs on Americans, they will face low standard of living. on job report, there are more part time jobs than FULL time jobs
The over spending isn't just war. It is in every department. Every dollar the government spends is a dollar that is not freely and voluntarily spent by a citizen.
@@bassmanjr100 you are correct... if inter-governmental department need money, they borrow from educational, SSA Trust Fund, Medicare, ect.. and replace it with IOUs
Well with Dems pushing Covid lockdowns and Joe going print crazy, when they practice never let them up rule , they’re just picking the looser and billing us for it. Not even mentioned the Trumps tax breaks expires at the end of this year. If Dems win you think they’re gonna continue it? Seriously the party logo, pain, suffering, and never ending sacrifice.
I plan to retire at 62 in another country outside the US that is free, safe and very cheap with a high quality of life. I could fully just rely on only my SS if I wanted to when that times arrives but I'll also have at least one pension, a 403 (b) and a very prolific lnvestment account with my Abby Joseph Cohen my FA. Retiring comfortably in the US these days is almost impossible.
Abby Joseph Cohen hooked me up with a late-stage fund that got me in on private shares of some hot companies before they hit the market or blew up. Those investments totally paid off when the companies went public and their stocks shot up. Now, I’m stoked because I’m heading into retirement with almost a million bucks in my portfolio.
I'm headed to Thailand or the Philippines in 4 years. What country you moving too?
I know this FA, Abby Joseph Cohen Services but only by her reputation of being a former employee at Goldman Sachs; even though she's now involved in managing portfolios and providing investmnt guidance to clients. I have been trying to get in contact since I watched her interview on WSJ last month

Two tier society is fast approaching - those that have and those who have not. 😂
The 2-tier society is here. The signs and symptoms of this are in plain sight. Crime, homelessness.
Greetings from Russia!
We have made great changes for the better, and we are very grateful to you for that. We are very glad and happy.
This problem is widespread in the west ever since the 1980s when governments deregulated the banking system and the cash flowed. Double income households helped bid up the price of housing and if you didn’t get in early you were stuffed. Governments were told to get out of providing housing to low income groups who now live in tents. Time for some big changes.
Insurance costs just miraculously gone up as well as insurance just outright refusing coverage. Powell said with a straight face there will be more bank failures and problems. Right on schedule...
Actually I contend that the insurance rises simply reflect the ACTUAL cost of goods increases - as opposed to Washington's laughably fiction CPI.
But people recite and repeat the CPI as though it's actually true. You can fool some of the people all of the time.
It's more like the American Nightmare😢
The millionaires will be the new middle-class people
Yes, 2% of the population will be middle class and 1% upper 🤣
Housing your family is insanely expensive and now its a crime to sleep in the open.
Canada is no longer a place to live. Mortgages and rents account for 75% of an average household incomes. A typical home is >$750,000 to $1.25 millions while Canadians earn ~$17 per hour. Groceries have increased by more 20% since 2023.

Stop militarisation and division of society, focus should be on quality of life🏆🥇🌺
The tax cuts for the rich and private corporations resulted in their total ascendancy. The human being will take advantage of any opening in society and our culture here has resulted in the winner take all tailspin wherein we can't extricate ourselves.
It's over for the west 😢
This was something the leftists had always said will happen in unregulated capitalism, the profit making will only benefit owners so middle class will eventually lapse into the poor. The whole reason for keeping democracy is that leaders will take care of regulations and balance things but they seem to have more loyalty for funders instead of voters
In other words, they are "bought puppets".
How has that worked out? Because everyone knows it's getting worse and worse and the democrats have been in power for the longest time combined. 😅
It’s not just a left issue. The right wants less government involvement I highly doubt they want capitalism regulated. This problem involves both parties and the way the country operates.
less government except when it comes to regulating women's reproductive rights
@@gautamsinha5998 "profit making will only benefit owners" .. owners of shares in Military Industrial Complex companies!!
100 % correct , I live in Athens ga, USA, people were happy to pay 450k for a house worth 150k a few years ago , during covid/ house shortage .. now it's still high , and people really can't afford houses , just stuck with the crazy mortgage they have , taxes were raised dramatically , my county has 87k homes , 3k fought the tax increase ! how sad is that ! it is the people's fault for allowing this , and buying in this crazy time. channels have been promoting paying off your debts and owning your home or property , I was fortunate , I listened , I'm just very sad and concerned for folks around me
Corporations will be buying up the coming foreclosed houses and renting them back to people. You will own nothing ...

Lena please run for President we need you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😊🎉❤
Wtf
What's wrong with u
Thank you for being so straightforward.
The economy usually moves slowly. So our de-industrialization started as soon as WWII ended. So what is our labor producing? Financial instruments and vary expensive military supplies. The military employment sector is bigger than all but service though that may change shortly. Think of the largest employers in the US? Yeah, they are all military contractors. Spending $1.33 trillion on the military last year is nothing compared to the labor we waste supplying the out of control war machine. War is economic destruction and WE THE PEOPLE are at war with the rest of the world. War is a double edged sword, it cuts both ways. Look around this is what endless war leads too.
If you can't afford to rent, then you live on the street, or you couch-surf. That's why you see so many homeless encampments in major US urban centers.
It's Triffin's Dilemma! The middle class has been moved to the "BRIC's & Global South.
Excellent report Lena. Were sending billions and billions to war torn far away foreign countries while the impoverishment of Americans continues at record pace! 😫😖
80% of what is "sent away" simply ends up in the bank accounts of the military-industrial-political complex.
THANK YOU! After your explanation, who can deny the numbers? Is sad to be forced to switch from the American dream to the American nightmare.
The thing is some Americans never had access to the American dream. The nightmare will now be experienced by some of those who never have. Either way - it’s not good and the government and country, if run differently, could avoid or at the very least slow down some of these issues. Our government hasn’t even acknowledged that we have a problem.
I am a recovering alcoholic. My sobriety started when I realized I lost control. Earthlings can do anything desired thru love and truth. We must accept the truth then recovery begins
Well done sir. 👍
Same thing happening in UK
You chose your politicians, remember? Model of democracy you try to impose on the rest of the world, remember? So who are you going to blame?
like there is much of a choice
Our economy struggling with uncertainties, housing issues, foreclosures, global fluctuations, and pandemic aftermath, causing instability. Rising inflation, sluggish growth, and trade disruptions need urgent attention from all sectors to restore stability and stimulate growth.
With the US dollar losing value to inflation and other currencies gaining traction, uncertainty looms. Yet, many still trust in the Dollar's perceived safety.
Worried about my $420,000 retirement savings losing value, I seek alternative security for my money.
With my demanding job, I lack time for investment analysis. For seven years, a fiduciary has managed my portfolio, adapting to market conditions, enabling successful navigation and informed decisions.
Consider a similar approach.

Wish you had included the decline of life expectancy in the US by 2+ years between the Trump and Biden administrations.
It went down before Biden as well ... been on the decline for decades.
Capitalist system is predatory.
Great episode. The same in Sweden. Co-living is becoming a norm, even in small apartment’s. Also the destruction of the public services. Sweden is going in the same footsteps that you are describing in this episode.
You should cover this more.
Simply to say if a family do not make 500 000$ or a single 300 000$ , then one is not middle class. Upper class did go out by a 1/3 and middle class by half, in USA, and poverty arouse of 300%.
The american dream.... appears to be a nightmare...
The interesting part is that a 7% mortgage rate is not really all that bad. The fact that it makes housing unaffordable illustrates just how much housing prices have outstripped income levels. New housing is nothing like it was in the past. I've lived in mature neighborhoods where there were lots of smaller houses. Today, developers focus on building large expensive houses in order to maximize profits. Building truly "affordable housing" has become obsolete.
I see civil war any day now

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GREAT AMERICA AND GREAT BRITAIN???

You will own nothing and be happy, said Klaus S.
There are a lot of ways to get the housing costs down, but politicians want the prices high. If the prices go down, the homeowners (also voters) will complain, and there will be less tax revenue. In the 2008 housing crises, when my house, and many others dropped in value by 35%, I never heard one politician say "finally Americans have more affordable homes!"
Because our political leaders don't serve the American people they go to the highest bidder.
Well I don’t own a home but am currently looking to buy. So homes taking a tumble will be a very good opportunity for people like me. Sorry.
Gosh! How you 're spot on with every point of your analyses! Thank you!
Time to say no! Time to say NO!
It is strange that we commonly measure inflation by consumer prices only while ignoring asset inflation and tax increases. If we take prices of everything into account then QE would be inflationary when stocks and bonds rise.
Even if we assume that most people don't own assets and only buy stuff to stay alive, consumer and asset inflation overlap in home prices which lead to the current situation in most western societies, you mentioned. Back to the drawing board.
we are heading into economic depression. Housing prices will fall quite a bit.
This is the plan of the bourgeois, surprise!
The man on the street has forgotten or never learned who is in charge of America. It’s been along time coming for Americans to understand our Constitution! It’s We The People! Not we the government!! What did former President Reagan say! I’m from the government and I’m here to help. We don’t need anymore help from our government!!!
When you keep printing money, it ends up being that more money is chasing less amount of available goods. Laws of economics; supply and demand.
@@lets_discuss5352 There's another factor they forgot to add. Too few having too much, and a country the size of the US that decreases opportunity, plus the fact that those few people can afford lobbyists, but not a wage to pay for 'the laws' that they bought. And import labor to export 'remittances', and 'offshore' 'business profits' to 'tax heaven' somewhere off the mainland. 'Supply-side' 'economics', $35,000,000,000,000 in red ink, so far.

In Ontario, Canada, houses selling for under $1 million are considered starter homes. Rents, in towns and cities of over 200,000, are so high that young people are sharing apartments with strangers in order to be able to afford shelter (living 5-6 in 2-3 bedroom apartments). A few months ago, our intelligence services submitted a report to our government, warning of social unrest in the coming 5 years or so due to high costs of living and especially high costs of housing. The report assesses that the majority of Canadian youth will never own a home of their own.

In 1993 my wife and i purchased a modest house in Atlanta for $82K. A starter home. Last year it sold for %675K. Improvements have been made over the years but it’s still a ranch. Yikes. Why anyone who is under 40 would vote for candidates in the two major parties is pretty amazing since both seem more interested in sending American dollars to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan, and of course the military corporations. Biden is a walking corpse and Trump’s America First morphed into Israel First. RFKJr is just as terrible when it comes to Israel. Maybe it really is all about the Benjamin’s.

It's all intentional. The upwardly mobile, high consumption middle class is the largest digester of the world's resources and is greatest threat to the world order.
Well said, spot on.
The middle class will be seen as just as a little blip in history. The US had it's fun in the sun: it had a good run, but now it's done.
