How to screenshot a certain area in ms word:
1.Prepare the tab and the MS word.
2. Go to the insert tab
3.Go to the illustrations
4.Within the illustrations group on the right side there is a button called the screenshot button.
5.Go click the bottom of screenshot where there is an arrow then a few amount of choices will be given, then click the tab you want to screenshot and press screen clipping.
6.Hold and drag the portion you want to have a screenshot of.
