    You have to use the Alt+ Print Screen command, then paste it into Paint, save as a jpeg, and choose insert picture command in your Publisher document. No direct method yet.

    I previously was used to Macs and a screen shot is very quick and simple. This helpful hint for Microsoft will be a great way to NOT use 'print screen' on the keyboard. Thank you.
