she was just pure magic with Nemo, didn't listen to her previous bands back then but on every Nemo solo she did there wasn't a single mispaced note, and she def was the Empress giving unbelievable shows. Tough to move on, when you suddenly lose sight of such a precious GEM !!!

Uhmm...not sure whats going on...i know i left a comment last night...but ok..for the record i basically commented that i really appreciate what Saki brought to Nemophila and i miss in in the band, but they will both are moving on and thats cool. Saki has so much to offer as a musician and im happy for her success as a solo artist. ❤ also great first choice for this vid series Venus, yay! 💯

I already look back at that early Nemophila body of work with the same awe and respect that I gave to the early Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Metallica, AIC, Soundgarden, etc....
Great job Saki - can't wait to see where we are going next! 👍

You act like she did it alone…. Could you be more disrespectful to the other people that wrote and played on the songs?

@@TheRobsam I totally reject your nonsensical assertion - Nemophila is a band and of course it was a group effort - this video is about Saki and her history and the comments are directed toward this content.

    Saki regrese!😢

SAKI would be the perfect successor to KEIKO TERADA as the host/sponsor of NAON no YAON in some years. Her influence and leadership as a J-Metal ambassador sets her apart from her peers IMO.

I’d argue that that honor would go to someone who’s been there every single year. Hana, Koga, Oreo or Tomo-Zo would be more worthy

@TheRobsam Yo Chef Robert 🤘 They are all awesome for sure, but for me SAKI appears to have the connections and rep across the J-Metal community to organize it. She's even got leadership experience heading up the Guitar Girls gigs at NnY. Hope all is well.

Love Saki's playing. Hated that she left Nemophila, but if it was for creative differences, they will both be better off because of it.

I'll look forward to Saki's new project, whether solo or as part of a band. I gave Nemophila multiple shots, especially after Mary's Blood dissolved, but I just couldn't get past Mayu's vocal approach. It just wasn't for me.

Saki didn't "form" Nemophila, Mayu did. Saki was the last member to join.
