Kevin, if you get opportunity, perhaps you'd find Apache Knife tactics and hand switching methods to be very practical, as taught by Robert Redfeather, enrolled member of the Chiricahua Apache tribe, and you may find the book Apache Knife: Fight Like The Wind by Robert Redfeather of interest as an introductory to the basics of Apache knife defensive tactics.
@@systemacanada thanks mate retired from fighting now but train people and fighters 5 days a week and still train myself 2 hours a day 7 days a week....don't know life without training haha
@@systemacanada hi I used to feel anxiety but now I only feel frustration and rage to negative events in the past,I try to picture myself winning the fights but the anger is till there.
@@bricktea3645 anger is a natural part of us. As long as it’s not leading to hyper vigilance or eroding your quality of life I don’t think it’s necessarily bad. As Cus D’Amato said it can cook your dinner or burn down your house. It’s how you use it. You might enjoy this video. Fear and anger are tightly related ruclips.net/video/WrstAgekjtc/видео.html
The legwork download is a good starting point : www.kevinsecours.com/media/leg-work/81254/preview After that I would say say ICSA striking level 3,4,5 then for total integration renovated boxing 1 and the footwork download in order of importance but legwork should give you a solid intro
