Yes! All of this. I loved CB and got out right before AT "went bankrupt" and I'm super nosey about what they're doing now, but will never buy anything from them again. I love seeing the vendors I liked so much in the past and having links to look at their shops.
You got such great items. That’s the thing about this box, they have so many great home items. I wish FFF would get more home choices in. Like, we need multiple home choices per category with FFF.
I was one of those that signed up for a year and never got my last two boxes! They tried to get me to resubscribe for a "deal" and when I reminded them I was still owed two boxes, I got snubbed! At this point, I just have to tell myself I paid double for the boxes I received.

I am not a regular viewer and youtube suggested this video so I had to watch it in disbelief that they have a box out. I so appreciate the way you handled it all. And my nesting bowls do have mostly green.

I am glad you got your credit and did not lose anything. I was lucky as I cancelled after my year and it was just in time before all the crazy happened and I did not lose any $. I am not interested to re-sub, but I do like to see what it going on as it used to be a wonderful box that I wanted for a while and maybe one day they will get their mojo back.🤞
just watched your video again, I think I may just buy a seasonal box. You are right, I have been a member for years, I got a lot of repeats. The things that were not repeats for myself, I know were old items I just had not gotten before. But I do love a good nesting bowl :)
I loved Causebox/Alltrue. I never lost any money from them and I always knew the boxes would be late.. It also drove me crazy when I would get the planner (I didn't get to choose) and 3 months was already gone!! I suggested to them, more times then I can count, that they do the planners in the FALL box, instead of the winter. Guess they didn't take my suggestion. LOL I miss the box, but the last several boxes, I only bought when they started selling the box for $25 (after the season) . I don't see them doing that again.. PLUS their box has gone up yet again.. $69.95 quarterly or 64.95 per box annually which is $259.80 for the year!
Oh my goodness, the gall of sending a planner to someone who didn’t specifically ask for it so late into the year…ugh. On brand I guess…lol it’s funny, I haven’t gotten the email saying they are raising the price.hmmmmm
Your video reminded me I hadn’t emailed AllTrue for probably the hundredth time to remind them I was still waiting for my box. They reply with the party line about contacting my bank and so on. I reply with a “ya, I don’t care” and so on until they stop replying and then I start again. I will continue because I am annoying someone and for me that’s fun. I want my box.

I am unfailingly polite and understanding but always say I am eagerly expecting my box . I also remind them I am not stupid and since they kept the name AllTrue they are the same company. I have been playing this game for over a year and will continue until I get my box. At that point I am sure some product will have broken in delivery and the saga will continue 😂😂😂
I love my pepper and vetiver bowls! I have 3 sets and they are all a little different in the depth of the color. All beautiful and i use them all of the time. I have the dip bowls too!😄
I know I've said this before but I really miss the old Causebox. They had the best stuff and I had two subs. Had they not crashed and burned and ripped off their vendors, I would have gladly paid an extra $20 a month or so for each box. The shop had great stuff too. I think I liked it because they focused so much on home and kitchen goods and they were really nice items. The items were good, the mission was good, the owners were NOT. I let my subs go when the shipping times got worse and the repeats became really noticeable and sadly it wasn't much longer that so many people were robbed blind. I'm glad to see you are getting a few nice items in your few remaining boxes.
I got two sets of the Pepper & Vetiver bowls the fist time around and LOVE them too!!! I also have the Be Kind dip bowls and, funnily enough, just discovered a couple of weeks ago that they hold the perfect amount of cottage cheese for breakfast! I love SO many of the beautiful home products Causebox/Alltrue offered, but, of course, did NOT love the shipping delays or the fact that they stuck me with a year's worth of charges and no product. I agree with you, the true vendors are lovely, the company is not to be trusted. (That's just my opinion, too!) ❤
I enjoyed your video and your honesty. Both sets of bowls are lovely. I gave the blue and white bowls to my sister who has most of her kitchen items in blue. She loved them. I was one of the lucky ones who used PayPal to get the subscription- actually had 2. I got my money back. I do agree they were good at one time but really disliked what they did to the vendors and loyal customers. Stay blessed!
My only issue with the items in my box is that my mascara was so dry! But I’m sure that it was because it sat on the shelf. They are owned by someone else now but like you said… The truffle toner is amazing.
I LOVE cottage cheese and blueberries!!! I actually alternate between blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. 😁😋 Those bowls are GORGEOUS! I have the Phantom Chef little fry pan and I only use it for my eggs in the morning.
I'm glad you're not spending any money on this box and thanks for sharin. I have the small 4 dip bowls. Still waiting to put them on my table. While going through my "mess," I found that round face scrubber. It kind of felt like a pumice stone. Gave it to my sister this weekend along with other skincare and makeup I saved for her.
I love the dip bowls. I hope you get some use out of them. It’s so nice you can share with your sister! I’m not a huge fan of the Konjac sponges either!

They had a pretty good selection in this box, and though I would never resubscribe (even if they did pay me back for the $$ I lost) I would have been happy with this box. Shame you didn't get the hair towel - I have several and that one is by far my favorite. I tried to find it elsewhere and couldn't so I suspect it is/was one of their in-house brands. I also tend to agree with you about the future of this company, and I would check the expiration on that toner to make sure it's not old stock, as I it seems like they are not actually buying much of anything new.

I too am super curious to see where they go! They were my favorite first lifestyle box. So far I've had a very positive experience with them since the meltdown last spring. They forgot ng earrings in my box, but they were easy to contact and got them within a week. So 🤞 they keep going up! Spring customization should start this week....they say 😬🤞

I absolutely would advise against being an annual. I would not count on them not going out of business again and leaving everyone high and dry. Just my opinion and advice I’d offer a friend. I only receive it because I have a ton of credit from back when they were good and people subscribed with my link. ( not an affiliate link! ) other than that, I would not subscribe to this box. It’s a shame because it used to be so good.

I am still not sure if it’s making a difference but I wasn’t being as regular with it in the beginning as I should have been. I’ve been much better in the last month or so. I am using the regular because the + has CBD/ Hemp and I don’t use that, just a personal choice. I haven’t used the whole line. But my daughter just received the shampoo and conditioner so I’m waiting to hear!
Have you ever heard of the Prepdeck? It is great for mis en place! They make prep super easy and come with handy tools too! I can send you the link if you’d like, they always have deals so you don’t have to pay full price. It’s a huge time saver!! I love it!
I also had them re subscribe me the next year, in January and I didn't get any of them. After all this happened, I put do not automaticly resubscribe me, maybe cancel after the year was over and they canceled all my boxes! I have all the bowls and just found a set I have never opened, plus the spoons too. Good box, but never again!!!!! I lost over $200 plus an add-on order of $84. Yikes it makes me angry every time I think of them!!! Thanks for sharing your box!

I like that toner but I think it’s lasted me forever because I don’t use it every day. I remember getting this box when it was causebox and it’s possible I got the Altrue at one point in time.
I got my winter box a month ago. But I didn't get to customize. I got a message from them today saying that the spring spoilers would be coming out this week.
I did discontinue my AT subscription but wish it would have survived the bankruptcy and paid the vendors - I did enjoy the box and products before not even minding it took 3 months to arrive but then they did people wrong :( and I was hoping for a true comeback but nope looks like not!!
I was going to sign up for Alltrue a couple of years ago when they had the Graft and Lantz Weekender bag but it was not in my budget at the time. So I did not sign up and then shortly after that they went bankrupt.
With a bit of my cynical outlook, do you think that maybe you’re fast shipping FFF box caused them to delay your regular box so you would think that you would need fast shipping every time? I got my box a good 10 days ago in Mississippi and we usually take several more days than other places in the country to get things.

Considering that this product (Skin & Co.) was more than likely shelved from the previous Alltrue owners and at zero cost to the new owners, will you be writing them asking for what you actually paid for? (meaning the hair towel). I agree, I wouldn't recommend Alltrue to anyone, but was more than happy with many of the products I did get before I got played by them and lost money 😞
I figure they were probably also selling the hair towel in the market and sold it out over there so they could make more money and then just sent us whatever. 🫤
I was screwed over with their annual subscription last year. I made the mistake of skipping my last box, hoping that the next seasons selections were going to be better… within the week I got the dreaded email that they were filing for bankruptcy and we were losing our money. I wish that the costumer service agent who arranged my skip would have told me to redeem my box but then again maybe they also didn’t know it was going to happen. The only redemption they offered to get any money back was to re-sign up when they announced their return and it wasn’t for the full amount people had lost, no thanks! Seems like the bankruptcy was a gimmick to screw vendors and subscribers over and they thought everyone was just going to be “all true” to them afterwards.
Honestly, from what I heard many if not most of the employees had no idea u til the day they were let go. Yea, i thought it was crazy they asked for money from people who’d already lost money….
They cancelled me and I still had 3 Annual Boxes remaining. My bank would not refund me either. My husband felt bad so he ordered me another year of FFF Annual. I have watched the videos since AT came back in business. Looks like they are still cleaning out the warehouse and I bet no new companies trust them to pay.
It is a shame this company treated its vendors and customers in such a way. In the business world once you lose the trust of customers and vendors there is usually no salvaging their reputation. I felt it was better when it was Causebox . Thank you for the unboxing.
The Titanic reference was too funny! I have the nesting bowls from when I subscribed and I do like those little bowls as well. I'm glad I cancelled my subscription as I'm not excited about the other options available
Up until the very end they were sending us discount codes and special offers trying to take members money. Luckily I was decluttering and I had cancelled all my subscriptions but I think it's messed up and shady how they were still taking people's money knowing they were having financial problems
They did so many shifty things right there at the end. I think probably that is one of the reasons I judge them so harshly not that I should judge… Lol but it’s not like they just went out of business. They actively tried to money grab at the end and that was just clearly shady.

Hi, I know you are very busy, but alltrue doesn't have a forum. Are you or anyone else reading going to renew their annual? I am hesitant, but I really do like the products and the message of sustainability
I absolutely would advise against being an annual. I would not count on them not going out of business again and leaving everyone high and dry. Just my opinion and advice I’d offer a friend. I only receive it because I have a ton of credit from back when they were good and people subscribed with my link. ( not an affiliate link! ) other than that, I would not subscribe to this box. It’s a shame because it used to be so good.
Oh - I was gonna tell you I do the vegamour advanced serum and do love it - I am interested in your journey and what you think??? Which products are you using - the whole line ?
I am still not sure if it’s making a difference but I wasn’t being as regular with it in the beginning as I should have been. I’ve been much better in the last month or so. I am using the regular because the + has CBD/ Hemp and I don’t use that, just a personal choice. I haven’t used the whole line. But my daughter just received the shampoo and conditioner so I’m waiting to hear!

I love the skin & co brand! I recently ran out of toner and have been debating getting skin & co or trying something new.
I have a loyalty issue with a lot of things. When I finish one I always want to try something new. There are a few I stick with though!
Have you ever heard of the Prepdeck? It is great for mis en place! They make prep super easy and come with handy tools too! I can send you the link if you’d like, they always have deals so you don’t have to pay full price. It’s a huge time saver!! I love it!
I have. When it first showed up in my Insta feed I thought about getting it. But I have such limited space, I decided against it…but it looks so cool!
There’s a smaller one that fits a smaller kitchen just so you know they came out with some new models.

Yes, according to the internet both are. I haven’t done it to either because we hand wash.
My bowls I got from Cause Box have the green and blue on them.
These are so much more green than my first set but I love the variation!
I also had them re subscribe me the next year, in January and I didn't get any of them. After all this happened, I put do not automaticly resubscribe me, maybe cancel after the year was over and they canceled all my boxes! I have all the bowls and just found a set I have never opened, plus the spoons too. Good box, but never again!!!!! I lost over $200 plus an add-on order of $84. Yikes it makes me angry every time I think of them!!! Thanks for sharing your box!

I also love those dip bowls, I use them for my ingredients also, mis en plas 😅 learned that from the selena cooking show lol. I was one of the people that didn't get the rest of their annual boxes because I requested a charge back that I never got because alltrue didn't say anything about the bankruptcy...didn't know that meant we'd lose our money 😅

I like that toner but I think it’s lasted me forever because I don’t use it every day. I remember getting this box when it was causebox and it’s possible I got the Altrue at one point in time.

I did discontinue my AT subscription but wish it would have survived the bankruptcy and paid the vendors - I did enjoy the box and products before not even minding it took 3 months to arrive but then they did people wrong :( and I was hoping for a true comeback but nope looks like not!!

I was going to sign up for Alltrue a couple of years ago when they had the Graft and Lantz Weekender bag but it was not in my budget at the time. So I did not sign up and then shortly after that they went bankrupt.

With a bit of my cynical outlook, do you think that maybe you’re fast shipping FFF box caused them to delay your regular box so you would think that you would need fast shipping every time? I got my box a good 10 days ago in Mississippi and we usually take several more days than other places in the country to get things.
Oh no, I hope not. I am usually one of the last to get my box so I hadn’t thought that but you’re right, I now think I need to rush both boxes…so if it was their plan…sadly it worked…lol
Maybe just bad luck for shipping for you. I like the FFF company and experience.

i just got an email from them stating they would be raising the price of each box by another $10 after they just did LAST year! i was like you have to be kidding me, CANCELLED for sure. also especially since i paid for four boxes last time & only got 3.

Considering that this product (Skin & Co.) was more than likely shelved from the previous Alltrue owners and at zero cost to the new owners, will you be writing them asking for what you actually paid for? (meaning the hair towel). I agree, I wouldn't recommend Alltrue to anyone, but was more than happy with many of the products I did get before I got played by them and lost money 😞
I figure they were probably also selling the hair towel in the market and sold it out over there so they could make more money and then just sent us whatever. 🫤
I was screwed over with their annual subscription last year. I made the mistake of skipping my last box, hoping that the next seasons selections were going to be better… within the week I got the dreaded email that they were filing for bankruptcy and we were losing our money. I wish that the costumer service agent who arranged my skip would have told me to redeem my box but then again maybe they also didn’t know it was going to happen. The only redemption they offered to get any money back was to re-sign up when they announced their return and it wasn’t for the full amount people had lost, no thanks! Seems like the bankruptcy was a gimmick to screw vendors and subscribers over and they thought everyone was just going to be “all true” to them afterwards.
Honestly, from what I heard many if not most of the employees had no idea u til the day they were let go. Yea, i thought it was crazy they asked for money from people who’d already lost money….

They cancelled me and I still had 3 Annual Boxes remaining. My bank would not refund me either. My husband felt bad so he ordered me another year of FFF Annual. I have watched the videos since AT came back in business. Looks like they are still cleaning out the warehouse and I bet no new companies trust them to pay.
Just old stock! Probably all they’ll do until they run out and then who knows. FFF is such a better box!

It is a shame this company treated its vendors and customers in such a way. In the business world once you lose the trust of customers and vendors there is usually no salvaging their reputation. I felt it was better when it was Causebox . Thank you for the unboxing.

Up until the very end they were sending us discount codes and special offers trying to take members money. Luckily I was decluttering and I had cancelled all my subscriptions but I think it's messed up and shady how they were still taking people's money knowing they were having financial problems
They did so many shifty things right there at the end. I think probably that is one of the reasons I judge them so harshly not that I should judge… Lol but it’s not like they just went out of business. They actively tried to money grab at the end and that was just clearly shady.
